I take the adult karate class and this is one of the best classes I have ever had. The people are fun and the teachers knows what they are doing. On top of the Kenpo classes they also offer a boot camp, yoga, and kickboxing which is taught by his wife and daughter. Awesome people and all of them will help you figure out how to best perform an exercise if you cannot physically do it yet. Although, taking their classes you soon will.

My daughter is also in the little dragons class and she loves it. Really gives her a chance to be in a class and interact with other kids. Great place for her to make friends and great option for us who homeschool and still want our little ones to experience being in a structured class.

Took my grandson to a Kenpo Seminar here today. It was fantastic! There should have been more students there! The program was run professionally, and it was jam packed with great information, techniques, fun, and genuine caring for these young students. I am so happy his dad signed him up and he got to go!! If you want something better for your child than the usual sheep sports, introduce them to a true Life Skills sport that focuses on their mind and body. And if you want that, this is the place, (here in Eureka, or in Fortuna!) Thank you guys!!
