I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Not only is Crystal just a good person, but she's also a superb massage therapist. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease and is very soft spoken and sweet. She is also very strong and can deeply massage those areas that need it! Her facilty was clean and smelled wonderful. The bed was heated which I loved. My favorite part is the hot towels, just like the ones they use at the Hot Springs Bathhouse Row. While on vacations at a resort in Cancun, I paid almost three times as much, and it failed to compare to my massage at Lotus & Crow right here in Paragould. Highly recommend.

Crystal is a wonderful human being. I took a CEU class for the renewal of my massage license. She is very patient and understanding as well as a great teacher. Her massages are fabulous! Highly recommend!

Crystal is wonderful! I started going to see her after a doctor first recommended trigger point shots. I didn't want to do that so I looked for an alternative! Crystal was recommended by a friend and I have not looked back! She is wonderful! Always gets me in when I need and works with me to relieve my pain and issues! She has helped relieve migraines, ease sinus issues, resolve pain, and release tension! I always leave relaxed! If she notices a problem, she suggests methods to adjust and asks to try methods to help! I always LOVE my sessions with her and look forward to my next! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!

This place is life changing! I started going here at the beginning of the year. I wanted to try life coaching and to work on self care. I have had a lot happening in the past 5 years. Crystal has helped me work through so much trauma and I am finding myself again. I did the 9 weeks and have renewed for another 9 weeks. It feels good to invest in myself and not keep taking care of others and not yourself! Her massage can’t be beat! She is absolutely amazing!
