My daughter loves drawing and art, and we have tried multiple places in Cupertino and San Jose and finally decided this place because the teachers are very professional and patient with many years of experiences. The class content are well designed and conducted based on different levels. My son was in Ms. Yishu’s class for more than one semester, and he enjoys the painting class there. The painting classes are themed and well-designed for kids. They cover different topics each week or every two weeks, exposing them to a variety of painting tools and styles. I can see the changes in my son; he used to have no patience for sitting and drawing, but now he is willing to pick up his brush and create artworks.

My kid is 4 1/2 years old and she loves to draw, we started out trying Ms.Yishu W’s class which is for older kids. My kid loved the class and drew the entire time, Ms.Yishu was quite honest and explained to us that my daughter needed learn a bit more basic drawing before joining her class despite my kids older age. We then tried Ms. Yingying Chen’s class for younger kids which suited us more. The younger class a quick story time, explaining what they will be drawing. Overall the younger class is more hands on and with more crafty projects. My kid is really happy with both of the classes as well as the teachers in lumine academy. Below is what she drew for Mother’s Day after about 2 months learning at Lumine academy.

My kid loves going to the class every week! We have tried several other art studios in the past and Lumine is the one she loves the most. All the teachers she had classes with so far are super nice and responsive. Their classes are very well designed. I have seen my kid improved her drawing skills a lot in last 6 months since she started the class at Lumine. And most importantly, she also had a lot of fun there!

Love the teachers there! My 4 year old son attended both Ms. Bella and Ms. Ying’s classes and loved them! The courses are designed to be fun and the teachers are amazing and caring. My son loves going to the art classes every week now.

My daughter is in the Scribble Magic class. She loves her teacher Ms Bella, and is looking forward to taking the class week. I saw a great improvement in her fine motor skills, and most importantly, this class is so fun that helps my daughter develop deeper interest in learning arts. I highly recommend this class and her teacher Ms Bella to anyone who is interested in learning arts while having fun.

My daughter Stella (5yr) really enjoyed the painting classes in Lumina Academy. Each lesson's topic is engaging and perfectly suited to the students' age group. Teacher Yingying is a fantastic teacher who guides young students with patience and expertise.
