Went to the 4-week beginner course not knowing much about using the wheel. By the end I felt confident in building and glazing on my own and I was so happy with my progress! They have office hours once a week where you can ask for help too. Membership includes clay and glaze which is awesome!! Highly recommend Maek, everyone there is so nice and welcoming 🙂

I took the four week course and had the best time! My instructor Walker was so great at explaining and demonstrating technique. I also took advantage of the open studio times and the girls working were always willing to help! It was also so nice that they had all the supplies you needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try pottery for the first time.

Been to a few other pottery studios and this is by far the BEST. Pricing, the people, environment, everything is top notch. Everyone is super respectful of others work, I’ve never once had anything damaged. Staff is helpful, and the most amazing coffee shop is next door! What more could you want?!?

Maek friends is a great community studio that is a must for potters and the clay curious. The studio has everything you could need for any sort of project and the staff and other members are happy to help you bring your ideas to life. 10/10 would play with clay there any day.

Live laugh love maek!! I absolutely adore this studio for all it's given me! The community is all i could've ever hoped for, the space is well-organized and functional, beautiful too of course. All the tools, wheels, etc. are all in great shape and well-maintained/cleaned.
I'm constantly inspired by those around me. All the members are so sweet and respectful and the staff has always been amazing in every way. I feel especially grateful for the people here because every time I walk into the studio, there's genuine connection built amongst everyone and people actually greet each other. It warms my heart!!! I love spending my time here always.
It's easy to ask questions too, to the staff and the members. There's a coffee shop that neighbors the studio and the community is the same silly fun energy. It's always a blast. If you're looking for a new studio to join, this is the one!!
