Maita Chevrolet in Elk Grove was amazing to work with on my most recent truck purchase. The communication with my sales guy Raj was excellent and prompt to work out the deal. I like to be able to communicate over the phone and get as much done as possible before I get to the dealership due to my busy schedule and he was excellent at making this happen. Straight forward and to the point without haggling around! Guillermo in finance had the paperwork ready to go and had me out of there in my new truck in no time. It could have been better. I felt forced to buy car alarm, KARR insurance and warranty. Later I read that it is not required to buy alarm system to make contract, but that was too late. Twice I said I don't want this alarm. They were like, well it is already in the vehicle. I felt like I was taken advantaged of. Not a good feeling. These dealers really making a bad rep with themselves. You want to make the customer feel good for their purchase. Like I have 7 boys who will need cars and not even one, but maybe several. I will make sure they know who they messing with. In particular this dealership too. And many other people who I will have contact with. They will hear this story. You can't imagine the repercussions.

Plus the salesman almost suffocated me with his second-hand smoke he brought into the room. And I had my baby with me. Very disrespectful.
