I stumbled across this gallery a few days ago. I attended Rafael Angel Diaz's Fronteras/Frontiers exhibition at the Mariana de la Vega Gallery, and it was an incredible experience. His piece Family Reunion was especially powerful, capturing so much emotion and meaning. The gallery may be small, but it’s packed with thoughtfully curated exhibitions featuring extremely talented artists.

What makes this space truly special is the warmth of the owner, Mariana. She has a gentle presence that makes you feel welcome, like you could sit down with her over a cup of tea and talk about art, community, or anything in between. The energy she brings fills the gallery with a sense of connection and belonging.

If you're looking for an art gallery in Tucson, this is one you don't want to skip! Open Thursday through Sunday, the gallery regularly hosts art calls for community shows and is bilingual in English and Spanish, making it accessible to many in our community. Mariana was an amazing instructor!! I hosted a Sip & Paint Event at her Gallery and she did an amazing job!! We all loved our paintings and we loved the motivation she gave us to be creative and feel free to express what we wanted to express with ART!! I cannot wait to host another Sip & Paint! I highly recommend this Studio for your next event!! Support Local!

I had the best time doing a custom sip and paint at Mariana’s art gallery. She was fun, super encouraging, and unlike others I’ve been to I loved that she went around the room and asked if anyone needed help.

She is truly dedicated to helping you find your artist and achieve what you want. It wasn’t about us all painting the same picture but being able to make it in our own unique way.

I had so much fun taking part in a group show at Mariana's gallery recently. The gallery is spacious and interesting and it's even kid friendly. My 3 young kids enjoyed the basement space especially. And I met several amazing fellow artists I wouldn't have met otherwise. Gracias Mariana!
