Was an ok hotel. Got charged for long distance phone calls, even though I didn’t make them. I have my own cell phone for that. Asked to speak to a manager, they never called back, only a front desk worker who “spoke to the manager” said they can’t issue refunds. They didn’t even give me the right room. I wanted a king bed and they gave me a double. Very disappointing.

Normally I would give a rate of four stars. I was going to rate 3.5 but the check out clerk experience made me decide to drop to 3 stars.
On my day of arrival, after checking in I could not get web network even though wifi seemed ok. I wasted an hour going between the towers trying to get access to the web. I checked my phone settings several times thinking it was my phone. The concierge guy tried to help. I couldn't get ride share so I ended up walking half an hour to a store. My phone turned out ok, so I got a ride back to the hotel, then I couldn't get network again. I randomly asked others in an elevator if anyone had the same issue. Turns out I wasn't the only person. I reported this to the front desk. I was told they couldn't help me and I would have to talk to a particular person in the morning because there's no one in the evening. I checked this in the morning and was told I have to call their IT dept. So frustrating. In the end the IT person was helpful. Something to do with the portal.
In terms of my room. I did like the spaciousness. However, the bathroom sink is such a poor design. I think it's barely 2sqft., there's no counter space. There's about four inches around the sink. It is also tucked in the corner, so your elbow knocks the wall when you're washing. The mirror light is very dull so you need to turn on the other lights. The shower head is absolutely horrible. The desk chair takes getting use to because it slopes forward. You must push the curtain hard to the wall, otherwise the sun gets through in the morning. After a frustrating night I woke up way too early.
At check out the clerk was all business. I asked if I could pay with some cash. She said no, credit card only. I asked her why. She just repeated herself. I told her I'm going to use a different credit card. Her tone when body language was... "Hurry up and pay so I can help the next person". I barely turned away and she called for the next guest.
In terms of the hotel. There are nice places to sit in the public spaces. I decided not to eat at the restaurant because of the frustrating experience. My previous times at this restaurant was good. I was very disappointed to see that in the four days, the elevator floor was not cleaned once. There was a couple of drink spills that just dried up and got dirtier each day.
To end, the concierge guys seem genuinely helpful. The front desk people were professionally friendly but not genuine. The King room I had was spacious but not very functional. Needs updating. This was my 14th hotel since Feb. Sadly it's my lowest ranking stay. As I stated, normally my rankings are 4 stars because I enjoy hotels. I've been to this hotel many times over the many years.

I came here recently to Japan world heroes, a.k.a. the Godzilla convention and it was pretty amazing. It was my first time coming here to that event I’ve been to Japan world heroes before in 2019 and I’m a Godzilla fan everybody was so friendly and so nice and they were very kind sing with the celebrities they were really nice and friendly. I will definitely come back here again if they do the Godzilla convention or other events related to stuff I’m interested in either way. It was really nice to come here.

Holiday party was really nice space, food was wonderful, but the caterers were kinda rushing us to eat. The band was awesome!

Room was cold even after service was attempted by engineer. Attended NA BANQUET and for 65.00 the food was pitiful: dry chicken breast , 5 to 6 pieces Asparagus undercooked and recently thawed bread as was cold to touch. Rice was okay. Carrot cake was quite tasty.

TFCon there was a blast! The grounds and interior are simply beautiful. Classy, clean and great space for any convention/large gathering need! Very well appointed banquet rooms and very personable on-site staff. Parking is easy and plentiful but not sure about cost on a regular basis as this was a special event and parking was $$$$! Overall, if you need a large location with a high-end atmosphere, I would absolutely book here.
