Marriott Phoenix Chandler

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff members were welcoming, plus offered suggestions for food after a late night check-in. The property is large, with ample parking and a large common area for meetups. I would highly recommend and stay again.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Every staff member that we interacted with was cordial, professional and exceptionally helpful. The entire hotel was immaculate; including our room, the common areas, the breakfast area and the bar. They have a well equipped fitness center with multiple cardio machines, free weights, and a multi-use cable machine. All the equipment was in good working order and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Chandler.

This is an EXCELLENT venue if you’re looking to plan some sort of meeting or event! I attended a two day conference here and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the catered food and the number of dietary concerns they catered to. Food was all labeled gluten free/dairy free etc and there was always gluten free options - even for things like the pasta bar and brownies. The rooms are very clean and the beds super comfortable! The weight room is also unusually well set up! In addition to standard dumbbells, it also had in between weights like 12.5 and a cable machine with a wide selection of handles. The benches were adjustable which is a hot commodity in hotel gyms in my experience. The pool is nothing exquisite but there’s comfy loungers and a few high top tables - I enjoyed the sunset out there. As is typical - the conference room was kept very chilly so if you’re coming here for a conference don’t let our warm temps scare you from being a sweater for indoors!

Good hotel for a weekend trip. Great rooms and bathroom had plenty of space. Very comfortable and quiet. My room however has a gap/draft underneath our door so we can hear people in the hall. The restaurant is okay. It was a part of the bar Proof19 - I expected it to be a nice restaurant. Ordered the bacon burger it was decent. My bartender Kaylee was amazing he made great drinks. Starbucks was average. M Club is not worth it at this location. Friday-Sunday they do not have the happy hour hour dourves & drinks, which isn’t listed. The breakfast is continental style, not a breakfast buffet. Eggs were way overcooked and rubbery. Slim to no vegan options (one poor girl there only could eat an apple out of everything.) I have definitely been to better Marriotts for food service & M Club. If this location took extra care with building a restaurant separate from the bar, and adding value to the M Club experience for an extra $50 charge, I would say my stay was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at the Marriott Chandler! Anna at check-in was fantastic and accommodated our early check-in and late check-out. The gym facilities were top-notch, featuring a stair master! Our room was clean, and the staff was friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Check in staff are very nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the staff are very accommodating and professional. The Starbucks staff are also great and the food there is tasty and fresh . My son (Gus) and I had a very nice stay . Very close to restaurants and mall . Thanks , Karen Gold

Our stay was INCREDIBLE! Staff was extremely polite and loved on our kids so much. There was a dog in the room next to us that we heard in the hallway but never heard in our room!!! The snacks and M station were incredible and makes us definitely want to choose Marriot again It just makes it much easier with toddlers to be able to grab a juice or milk. Our toddler dropped a tiny doll behind a couch late at night and the next morning the front desk had the doll, which means somebody had to take apart ALL of the couch pieces to get to that toy. We were just telling her that's a lesson you have to hold on to your things but then you guys went WAY out of your way to get that. I mean that's crazy. I really want you to share this with the team who was there this weekend because they made a pretty stressful time in our lives go smooth and feel like a vacation. This hotel is nothing special. The rooms were nice, but not cleaned very well. There are no amenities for the guests. They had something called the M club, but no explanation as to how to access it. For the money, there are better choices in the area.
