We were flight attendants who stayed there on 2/23. The service and efficiently was impeccable. The person who stuck out to me the most was Joseph the security in the front. Since the moment we walked up he was immediately smiling and cracking jokes with us. We had to leave early in the morning and didn’t really have time to see everything the hotel offered so Joseph gave us a quick tour of the pool area and a few pointers on where to go for food and stores nearby. He wholeheartedly ended our trip on such a high note I just HAD to leave a review. Truly a great guy.

My stay was okay. Room sizes are great. They need to have housekeeping clean and replenish items better. The shower head in my room needed to be changed as it was old and the water didn't come out seamlessly on any setting because there was probably calcium build-up. During the day in the hallways there was a chemical smell that was overwhelming. When they clean the hallways they should keep the elevator windows open from start to finish. Bed was okay but sat lower than other hotels. They also need to change the fabric chairs in the rooms and lobby because it devalues the hotel and experience. I didn't want to sit in the chair in my room because of the stains that you can see in my picture.

It was convenient to local shops and restaurants.

Stayed here for a few nights for work, and I’d stay here again.
The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants/shops in downtown Riverside. The staff is super friendly. I arrived earlier than anticipated and was able to check in early without any issues. There’s a parking garage right next to the hotel, so parking is easy and convenient. My only concern is related to cleanliness - some areas of my room needed a deep clean (for example, the corners of the shower, under the sink, etc.) and the fitness center definitely needs to be cleaned more frequently (there was dirt and debris everywhere each time I went). Other than the fitness center piece, nothing was dirty just a little dingy.

We decided to go see the lights at the mission inn hotel and stayed one night at the Marriott hotel. The stay was enjoyable, we received an upgrade and enjoyed the breakfast. The room was as nice, beds were a little hard, and there was no conditioner in the dispenser. Other than that the location was perfect. We took our EV car and took advantage of the free charging included in the price of the parking.

Warm and welcoming staff with great customer service overall. And it was very nice to have two connecting rooms. Location was great with walking distance to nearby Christmas lights, shops, and restaurants. The only downside was a little bit of noise with cargo train passing and people coming in and out of hotel after midnight.

Everything was great except the HVAC. I wish they could reduce the noise and wind chill from the full-time air circulation we had to endure in the room. The elite benefit breakfast buffet was very good. Pan on $30 for parking. The hotel has easy access to many restaurants.

Great location, rooms were good. Staff was very nice and always tried to accommodate requests. Bed was uncomfortable and needed a mattress change. Overall clean and nice facility.
