We stayed here back in December. The room was very big, the walls could definitely use some touch up paint. Loved the outdoor enclosure for the patio. Also the large dining room table was great, the kitchen was stocked with paper towels and a mini bottle of dish soap. My kids really liked the separated rooms I just thought that the bathroom in the master bedroom was a bit tight, you couldn’t open the door fully without hitting the toilet. Wasnt a bad two night stay this is a nice property.

It was a very pleasant stay and easy check in and check out. We had issues with our cards from time to time however it was fixed promptly and without flaw. The service was great, breakfast could use some work but that's hotel for you any where you go. 😊 people were respectful and pleasant to do business with.

We just had a near perfect 3-night stay and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay near Atlantic City. Everything was clean, in good condition, and ready for whatever was needed. The villa we stayed in had 2 separate bedrooms with king-size beds and spacious bathrooms. The full-size kitchen is ready for use along with a personal laundry room. For the price, you really can't expect anything more. We'll be back and plan on taking advantage of all the amenities and activities.

It was like a breath of fresh air the places in as we say in the cut it's a fabulous place it's beautiful place i would love to vacation again and again & again and tell all my friends and family about Marriott's Fairway Villa's. U guys have a extraordinary place you have lots of things to do besides swimming, there's karaoke, happy hour, arcades and a billiards table where the Bar is and everyone is having a good time 😃.
But the rooms are absolutely fabulous it's like being at with everything in the room, two bedrooms, with King size beds and a pull-out love seat in one of the bedroom and the other one is a Master bedroom with it's own bathroom, about of the bedrooms have a bathroom kitchen living room washer and dryer and the dishwasher and a full size refrigerator with Stove too !
I can't wait to visit when it gets warmer, and i almost forgot about the (3) fire pits two large ones and one small one that's round, where you can roast marshmallows. But i give it a thumbs 👍🏿 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

first, I’d like to say we stay here two times a year. Once for our anniversary in August and have been coming with our family over New Year’s for many many years. we don’t live far away and it’s a great getaway. We are avid Marriott owners and have stayed in Marriott’s all over the world. This used to be one of our favorites because the Fireplace added an extra level of coziness and hominess to our time spent here. Its close proximity made it a quick getaway and it has excellent customer service. A couple years ago they took out the whirlpool tubs which personally we could’ve lived without. That wasn’t such a big deal. Then they took out the fireplaces and redecorated. I can’t even express the level of disappointment. The cozy comfort is gone. The furniture was replaced with what now feels like you’re sitting in a doctors office. I could’ve lived with all of that but to top it off, they even took out the make up mirrors that were on the side of the sinks and still are in every other Marriott I ever stay in. Being nearsighted this makes it almost impossible for me to put on my make up! I know I sound like I’m whining and complaining a lot, but I’ve got to tell you the comparison between what this place is now and what it used to be and to most other Marriott’s is way below standard. please put the fireplace back get some comfortable furniture and put back the make up mirror so we can at least put on our make up! all that being said, the Customer Service is great. The staff could not be more welcoming and helpful!

Excellent for a quiet and relaxing stay. Activities are available, next to golf course, roast marshmallows at their fire pit, small game room for kids, nice nature path behind villas, hot tub and lap pool, nice size sundries shop, huge outdoor space for kids, even a child's gem panning station. Villa-style room stocked with all the normal kitchen accouterments and more and a host of other 3 tvs, 2 bedrooms, each with own seating area. The villa is spacious with lots of storage room and well stocked.

Bad leak in the indoor hot tub and awkward shape makes it small when 4 or more people are in it. And first night it was basically empty, second I asked them to fill it and after 20 minutes it was super low again and not maintaining heat and when low gets stopped working. I had a 14 hr drive there and was looking forward to hot tub which was subpar BUT the room was fantastic!

Great resort with much to do even at the resort let alone the area. Location was fantastic visiting the different Jersey Shore beaches. Smithville just 4 miles from the resort. Loved the smores making each night, Karaoke...indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub...looking forward to returning.
