It's a nice little Park. There is a playground and a ramada. There's even a ball field. Next to the park there is a city pool and a city library. Like a lot of city parks, there can be homeless people there. But they tend to keep to themselves. They also just recently updated the playground too.

First time here. Didn’t even notice the park because there were a lot of homeless people even near the parking. Whatever beauty that was here is completely gone. I didn’t even feel comfortable getting out of the car

Could not us the Ramada, because of the large homeless encampment. There were hundreds of people at the park for Soccer. Homeless trash all over the park, under every tree.

The homeless consistently take over the park then they wander into the apartment complexes nearby. It’s not a safe place to be and that’s a shame. I feel sorry for the kids in the school right beside the park..having to witness people doing their drugs right out in the open and other unsavory actions.

This is my local park. Next to Palo Verde library and the Maryvale post office as well as a school it's somewhat hidden from most traffic and is frequented by a fairly large homeless population but they tend to be there very early or very late. They do sleep in the park every night. I often see children playing there as well as some football games in season. There is a baseball field as well with bathrooms that remain locked unless events are scheduled. The community center and pool are also there. It would be a perfect location if the homeless situation could be helped, they could use some food and water and something to sleep on besides concrete.

Park has gone down due to homeless. It's very sketchy. Ladies don't be there alone. Wouldn't trust the bathrooms or the playground.

There's always a gang of homeless people in the Ramada..there's two schools in the same lot, the community center and the library too so its a bit concerning that there are always a bunch of homeless men at this park when its meant to be a place for children and families. Its a nice place just wouldnt be there alone ever.

Its not that I disliked it, there are just some homeless people that you need to be careful about. And some of the homeless are really nice and helpful people. Its just safe to say its your personal choice.
