Silvia is an amazing Real Estate Teacher. She’s very knowledgeable and knows how to put things into perspective to help us understand the material a lot better. This school was a great experience , even the classmates. The school offers a wide variety of times and schedules so that it can best accommodate you ! I took the two week course Monday through Friday from 10-5. The teacher, Mr. George Toro was a phenomenal teacher, he explained and went through everything while giving straight and real life examples. He has so much experience in Real estate, investing etc. He is also very honest so you know what to expect of him and him of you! I highly recommend taking this school because it was very educational, professional and fun to be a part of !

I am so thankful I found this school. Silvia was a true professional and great teacher. She wants you to succeed. It was one of the best experiences I had. If you really want to learn about real estate then this is the place where you will everything you need to know for the real estate state exam plus other valuable information. The instructor professor George not only has a lot of past experience in real estate but also real estate law which is a big plus, sharing stories so you can understand the material better. He's really helpful and explains everything really well.

What a great experience I had in this class. At first, I was really unsure about taking this class because I thought I knew a lot about real estate and what it entails. When in fact, I had a lot to learn. Mr Toro was a great teacher and explained everything you need to know about being a licensed real estate salesperson. I would take this class again if I could.

This is the school to go to if you're interested in real estate. The teacher is very knowledgeable, and knows how to keep the class engaged. It was a very fun class and very informative. Very flexible as well willing to work with you. What stands out to me is that the teacher wants everyone to succeed it's not just for the payment or because they have to do it, he truly has a passion for the material. 11/10 would recommend
