From the moment I arrived to the moment I was handed the keys, my experience was seamless and pleasant.
I was greeted by the front desk (which I appreciated vs vultures attacking you when you step on the lot) then introduced the gentleman who would be my sales representative.
My sales representative was knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciated that he listened to my purpose of coming in that day, which was specific to one vehicle that was listed online.
I decided to move forward with the purchase and the process was super simple, my finance guy was great as well.
While I took care of the details, my car was cleaned up and filled up with fuel and made ready to go.
The entire process was about 1.5 hours.
