Took an intro to wheel class with a couple friends. Justin was our instructor and he was super friendly, patient and encouraging through the whole class. It flew by and we were really excited to do it again! They'll fire glaze our pieces and we'll pick them up in a couple weeks 😀

An awesome Ceramics studio. They offer a variety of classes and spaces for all skill levels. The Teachers are all helpful and will try to make sure you come away with pieces you're proud of. Parking can be a little tough in this area so make sure you're there early.

Wonderful community of artists and people who are love ceramics. Fabulous studio that is well stocked with equipment, tools, clay and lots of glazes. The space is kept very organized and clean. Owners and staff are very kind and generous with their time and expertise.

Only a few weeks into my pottery class now but I love it! I was at Clay By the Bay in SF for a bit but after moving to Oakland this is significantly more convenient. My instructor is really friendly, the space itself is set correctly and I like the community aspect of joining a studio class is something I enjoy a lot.

Great spot owned by two local ceramic artists. You can take multi-session classes for different skill levels or one time tasters or seminars. You can arrange for private group sessions for parties or team building where after one night everyone has created multiple pieces all my themselves to put on their mantel or desk. You can become a member and get your own shelf, full 24-hour access to the space, wheels, tools, and glazes, and they fire your pieces for you.

They even host community events and fundraisers for CBOs and offer members opportunities to sell their work to the public.

Well-maintained and always improving. Used by lovely people of all skill levels.
