Beautiful venue. Sat smack dab in the center of the theater on the mezzanine and the sound was solid!

The only thing that was bad, (and maybe they were just short staffed) was a lack of order in concession lines and they seemed to be out of a lot of items even before the main artist act started.

I waited for about 45 minutes (last song by the opening artist and missed the first 2 songs by the main act) and all I needed were 2 cans of water. There were maybe 30 people ahead of me which normally isn't really a problem in most venues.

Other than that, no bathroom lines, super clean, easy in and out and the usher staff was fantastic.

I will also say that this venue had the most relaxed security I've ever seen at any venue I've ever been to across the nation and I don't know if that's exactly good or bad lol

Beautiful venue, great sound and comfortable seats. I like that I didn't have to wait in a long line outside in the heat.

I reached out to Jenny at the jewelry studio at Mac to see if it would be possible for my fiance and I to make our own wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. Although it seemed a possibly uncommon request, Jenny was so willing to help! She told us where to get the silver and reserved the studio for us. She also walked us step by step through the entire process and we ended up with these perfect rings! It was so fun and Jenny was so patient even though we are clumsy and came with zero knowledge. Thank you!!

I took my students to the Southwest Shakespeare Company's production of Twelfth Night, and we loved it. Even with construction, parking was easy, the staff was pleasant, and the play was delightful. We held graduation there last year in a different theater. It's a wonderful venue.
