The instruction I received from John Beshk played an integral role in helping me obtain my state license. The career fair he put together at the end of semester with professional vendors was also incredibly helpful in finding a brokerage to work with once I passed my state exam. And I could not have passed the state exam without using the online prep course Exam Prep Edge (also provided by John). Would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking to prepare for the real estate industry!

As a return student I could not have asked for a more straightforward, knowledgeable, or available instructor. Knowing that John is still an active broker with employees, continues to actively sell real estate, and has multiple classes per week, makes the quality of this program that much more impressive. The textbook is a little out of date (though not old) mostly due to a market that evolved drastically and quickly in the state of Arizona. I highly recommend this class as it is affordable and accessible for any level of student.

On a side note, we had a hearing impaired student who also had what I can only describe as elementary level technological/computer skills, and John was very patient and understanding of the barriers she was up against.

He is very engaging with his students and does a great job focusing on the learning experience. Our facilitator John Beshk is extremally knowledgeable about the real estate material and home selling market. He made it really easy to understand the material and provided recent examples. I would recommend this program for anyone trying to get learn about real estate or is trying to get their license.
