They cost too much. The advertisement made it appear as though I'd be getting at least 16 holloween ornaments. I prepaid online. I got 5 ornaments for 5.99. So 6 bucks. I'll use Amazon as much as I wanted to avoid them.

Unfortunately Michaels continues to beckon me to return with a siren song of $5 off coupons. I have spent an unholy amount of money on art supplies (specifically beads, paint, sketchbooks, inking supplies, markers, and other misc jewelry supplies) and I will spend more in the future. I have rarely had complaints with Michael's purchases and there is almost always a coupon to apply at checkout if you download their app. The employees look a little tired all the time, but I think art people are just like that so I won't count it too much against them. I took off one star because I have encountered an issue more than once where the website will list something as being in stock, I will show up to buy it and discover that the website was lying.

Pretty helpful but understaffed waited forever to get someone over to open up the spray paint locker. And even longer in the checkout line. I was up next and the two cashiers were dealing with checking out customers with a lot of individual items that needed to be unwrapped, scanned for pricing and then wrapped up so they wouldn’t break. It’s a good 8-10 minutes.

Horrible and very rude staff. (See other reviews)Staff point to where you need to go instead of walking there and helping of you see staff Interact with other dont care if you there or not. But it's get worse they don't let you use the public bathroom. The Staff with Attitude told me there "tied of cleaning, mopping the bathroom and thats a man job not for us girls " see the sign (see pic) tell customers to go to a different stores in the parking lot gives a list. There public bathroom is now only for Staff there's 3 bathrooms(one in there breakroom ) 2 in the hallway I Wonder Does Corp now this i beat not. What image are they displaying to the public? Cold heart with Attitude that don't care if your there or not. See other reviews . To add when I was and leaving there a women with a child ask to use the bath for there child the staff told them to another's store like home depot or northstrom across the parking lot!. When they the customer left 2 staff where talk said among themselves they should go home and use there own bathroom why do people come here whats wrong with them. Just horrible

I came to Michaels to get a custom frame for one of my paint elevations and was greeted in the Frames department by Rubio! He was so helpful and spent so much time talking me through what was the best choice for my piece as I wasn't sure what I had in mind. I'm so thankful for his help and am so excited to be picking it up today after a few weeks of ordering!

I literally just left this location about five minutes ago and purchased some edible glitter. The (only) employee that was at the front register had walked away as I was walking up, no biggie, I’ll use self check out. I rang myself out and the screen asked if I wanted a text, paper, or no receipt. I selected no receipt since it was a small 10 dollar purchase. The guy then asked where my receipt was after he saw me leave the self checkout to which I replied I didn’t have a receipt. My issue doesn’t come with him, it comes with why there’s even an option for no receipt if they’re gonna ask to see one anyways. Take that option away because maybe one day, the wrong employee will be having a bad day and accuse the wrong person of stealing.
