We were considering the purchase of a mobile home here in Orange County.
It was a great choice....except for the primary bathroom.
There was 5 foot by 5 foot platform for a "roman soaking" tub. That's 25 square feet.
That's great and all... except that easily took up 25% of the bathroom.
And the shower was a measly 3 x 3 for 9 square feet.
You could not outstretch your arms. I've seen bigger showers in an RV.
So the bathroom was going to need a huge remodel.
We found a Milano Kitchen and Bath. Being local in Orange county was a huge plus.
We proposed a big change. Replace the area where the tub was and convert that into a large shower.
And the area where the shower was into a large storage area.
Plus "his & her" sinks. Really? Too much wasted room.
We met with Mona at the Fountain Valley location.
She immediately saw the issue.
All great! We decided upon large 12x24 porcelain tiles that look like marble.
With an contrasting counter top and grey slate flooring.
And large thick glass "barn door" sliding shower doors.
This new bathroom is awesome! A luxury shower.
What was once an albatross is now the most revered room in the house.
Mona with Milano was with us every step of the way and proposed a variety of choices.
Great workman for each skillset of workers. From demolition, plumbing, tile, electrical and cabinetry.
Each group all took pride in quality of their work.
We are so pleased with our remodel results and choosing Milano for the work.

We remodeled our entire 1st floor which included the kitchen, bathroom, formal living room, rec room and dinning room. Everything came out amazing! The kitchen is beautiful and the custom fireplace mantel is awesome. They were able to add creative custom elements to give us increased functionality and storage. It has been a pleasure working with Da Vinci on this project. Victor was great to work with and truly put a premium on customer service. The cost was also extremely reasonable. If you are looking to get work done on your home no matter how small or large, you can't go wrong with Da Vinci. I strongly recommend them for your project.

We recently had our kitchen renovated by Milano Kitchen and Bath, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Mona, our designer and sales rep, did a fantastic job. She provided excellent design advice and ensured we got the best prices.
Martin and Jose they were perfect and the owner Victor even stopped by during their work to make sure everything is going as it supposed to be.

I hired Milano to do our bathroom, kitchen and spare bedroom. We wanted to add a shower to our downstairs bathroom and Milano was able to expeditiously complete the task in a very professional and careful manner. We were soooo happy with the result. Definitely would have him come back when we do our upstairs. They were able to give us amazing ideas of how to design certain stuff based on their expertise. Very kind, on time and reliable staff.
