I booked this appointment at midnight due to having a sore throat and needing to be soon first thing in the morning. The provider was great she listened to all my concerns and you can tell she genuinely cares and she made sure to address them all without being dismissive like some providers may do. Staff were friendly and made sure you were comfortable with any test they had to perform before doing so. Glad I found her on here! Highly recommend and feel like I will be back in the future if needed.

I really never make reviews like this but I am truly blown away from this.
I was referred through my Dr and made appointment which got cancelled (20 minutes before the appointment might I add) then scheduled me a month later. I walked into a completely empty office the day of my appointment and the receptionist walked in after I was waiting for about 10 minutes. She struggled to look up my appointment and when she found my info she told me the doctor I was scheduled to see was not available for 3 more months and that I should have been notified my appointment would be cancelled. She then told me someone would call me to reschedule with another provider…after they failed to call me about my SECOND appointment being cancelled. Overall this experience has been incredibly unprofessional and I truly cannot believe that this is how MENTAL HEALTH patients are being treated.

I visited the clinic for a few months in 2023 for help with sleep related issues. I found the service very professional and efficient with the doctor showing a lot it empathy for my issue. Most importantly the service was very effective, my sleep improved to such a degree I stopped needing to see the doctor after 8 sessions

I contacted Dr. Krishna Bezwada to discuss my depression and some addiction issues, as well as a few problems I had been having in my marriage. First, I had no problems scheduling with Dr. Krishna Bezwada and was able to get a appointment with him within the week. It seemed difficult finding an insurance-based psychiatrist up here in Sonoma County but was happy that Dr. Krishna Bezwada would work with my insurance, even though I had to go to the city to see her. Fortunately, I have regular business in the city anyway.

I do not give any stars to Mindful Health Solutions. I recently called to make an appointment to receive esketamine treatment. They took all my information and set up two intake phone appointments to determine my eligibility. I was so excited to perhaps finally get relief for my depression and chronic pain. I checked in online and organized my medication info in anticipation of the first call. I waited 45 minutes past the scheduled time for this person to finally call and tell me they were no longer accepting esketamine patients. Not only was I very disappointed, but it was a complete waste of my time. The person who answered my initial call should have known this. It would have saved me a lot of time, frustration and disappointment.
