I visited 8/19/23 afternoon, there was less than 10 others visiting. Mostly everything about the winery is nice EXCEPT the customer service. Once we were served the wine the server never returned. Even to pay the tab we have to go stand in front of the register and wait around for someone to come and take our payment. I can only imagine service being worse when they have a big crowd. Unfortunately, no matter the beauty and or atmosphere of any place for that matter bad customer service ruins the experience.

Attended my nieces wedding here this past weekend. The wedding was beautiful in spite of the poor customer service provided by the venue. The wedding/event coordinator lacks customer service skills & is rude & unprofessional. There were many details overlooked & for the price, more should have been offered & attended to. There is nowhere for the caterers to set up, there is no music system, there’s no organization or planning provided during the event. They offer a space & nothing more. And this was not how the venue was represented in the planning phase. There was a lot promised up front, very little delivered in the end. The event “manager/coordinator” is rude & unaccommodating to the guests. The grounds are beautiful, but as an event venue they have a long way to go. And the worst failing, when it came time to pay the balance on the bill, it was almost $1,000 more than originally quoted. Very unprofessional & very disappointing. However, the owner is very “nice”, but needs to make better choices in regards to employees.
