I love my House Of Pain family! My kids have been working out with Vince for over 10 years. I started working out at HOP about five years ago and I am so thankful every day! I have a bad back and all the trainers there are so accommodating to give me different exercises, and modifying my workouts.
I look forward to working out with The Gal Pals 💪🏽

It’s hard to put into words what MHOP has done for our family. They provide a place where you get a killer workout in while laughing with friends. You don’t just join a gym, you join a family. The support, love and laughter MHOP provides truly heals your soul. Even our teenage daughter loves working out here. The coaches are top notch and know how to support you as an individual. I feel blessed that I get to start each day here.

Mini's coaches and staff are absolutely incredible. My husband and I have been members for several years and through the years, the coaches consistently demonstrate expert knowledge, positive encouragement and provide adaptations as needed for limitations. They watch out for you during your workout, bolster your confidence, correct your form when needed and create a non-threatening workout culture. You truly become part of the family. Members come from all kinds of athletic backgrounds and levels of fitness and abilities, yet, the coaches provide individualized attention in the small class environment. Workouts are changed often, and Saturday and Wednesday offerings offer something different as well. Also, with classes starting every half hour, there's anyways a class you can jump into. We love Mini's and wholeheartedly recommend it! 5 stars!

The weight training program has been the perfect solution to rehab my knees back to functioning at a high level without pain. All the strengthening has led to new stable joints doing things doctors told me I could not/should not ever do again. I love it! I have also lost 18 pounds with a self guided high fiber/low fat diet in combination with the workouts. I like the variety of each training day and the limited class size. Instructors are highly knowledgeable and very positive. All age groups are welcome and training can be specialized for needs. Give it a month and see how you feel!

I have been a member at Mini’s for over 7 years and I can tell you it’s the best gym I have belonged to. The coaches are amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful in what they do. They have gotten me through chemotherapy and back issues through strength and conditioning, modifying when necessary. Susan and Alyssa that work behind the desk are also amazing, greeting you with a smile and by your first name. I highly recommend this gym. It’s more than a gym, it’s a family!

“Mini’s House of Pain is hands down the best gym in El Dorado Hills!”

It’s a welcoming place with a great mix of weight training and cardio options, making it perfect for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Since joining, I’ve experienced both weight loss and muscle gain, and I’m having a great time doing it. From day one, I felt like part of the family. The positive atmosphere and supportive members make coming in each day something to look forward to.

As I’m closing in on 50, I’m in some of the best shape of my life. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care. They tailor workouts to fit your goals and help you work through any injuries. Plus, they are deeply involved in the community, offering great kids’ classes and running the weight training program at Oak Ridge High School. Mini’s isn’t just a gym; it’s a family. Highly recommend to anyone looking to join a positive, results-driven fitness community. Love it!
