This place is highs and okays with no real lows. It's not a giant conference center but it's priced like one, which means not all of the groups who would fit should use it.
The facility looks nice but the layout of the common areas isn't really conducive to mingling, especially when food is out. The layout also makes it strange to get to a couple of the rooms when they are divided (one is accessible only from the outside, really confusing to attendees).
The main upstairs lecture areas are wider than they are deep, which can be a problem for folks off on the far side from the podium (which is often off to the side of the stage so the speaker isn't blocking the screen.
Food is a bonus and a problem. Breakfast and snacks work on smaller tables upstairs and downstairs (though they really try to put out the smallest plates and bowls (cups?) instead so you're forced through the line multiples times making even harder to mingle.
Lunch is always good, but It's done outside and I have no idea how they would pull it off when raining. Perhaps they need to dedicate one of the larger conference rooms meaning it isn't usable for the conference?
Finally the place is still an office and a fitness center so there is a small but constant set of non-conference goers filtering through the area as well as folks who would usually go to the on-site pub and share the pub's seating area.
