I have never had a bad experience at Moore’s. Quite the opposite. Everyone is friendly and helpful and their knowledge of the sewing and embroidery machines is top notch! I have three machines from Moore’s and I love learning new things. I am disappointed they closed their Temecula store, because I met great customers as well as staff there. The Corona store is just as friendly and I have had positive experiences there too! Love my new Solaris and look forward to creating.

This place is the BEST!!!!! The staff is extremely helpful and determined to do whatever it takes to be sure your experience with them, either for purchase or for instruction or whatever help you need is perfect! They are cheerful and cooperative! I live a long way away, in fact in another state but I'm willing to drive to them for instruction help because they are so good! I would always turn to them for any and all my sewing needs: machines, accessories, supplies, whatever for the best prices and delivery!

We have been customers for over 10 years, not only do they work with their customers for best pricing, they treat us like family. Josh is the absolute best, I cant say enough good things about him, Josh goes above and beyond to see personally to all purchases from start to finish. I went to Moore’s today with an old sewing machine gifted to me by my late grandma. My machine is very sentimental to me and wanted to make sure it stays in working condition. Josh was beyond helpful. Helped me clean it, oiled it, tested it and made sure it was ready to go. He and Nancy were helpful, polite and very welcoming. I recently purchased a Baby Lock sewing machine from Moore's and I couldn't be more happy! I live in another town so it was shipped. It arrived in just a couple of days in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent. I also have a few friends who have purchased high end machines from them and they are very happy as well.
