Had my dog Kylo stay for 9 days to go out of state for my baby shower the staff was very kind and responsive. They took really good care of my Aussie he came home happy and relaxed. He is a super clingy dog so I was worried about him being by himself for that long but they did such an amazing job with him 10/10 recommend and would definitely have him stay there again.

We are very pleased to have found Myrtle Avenue Pet Center. Moving here just at the outset of the pandemic lockdown, we needed to find pet supplies, a vet and you can imagine our standard poodle and soft coated wheaten terrier got quite scruffy. We found all three at Myrtle Avenue Pet Center. Both supplies and vet have been great but the groomers have really wowed us! They took the notes of our previous groomer and a couple of photos and made the dogs look amazing. Both beasts are strutting around like princes now. Receptionist (gentleman) during most of the day, is great with taking payments in the time of COVID, bringing out the dogs and just being enormously friendly. The young lady who checks in the dogs at 7:30am is either not a morning person or was just having a very bad day. Interaction with her is short-lived and that’s a good thing. By and large, the vast majority of the experience was fantastic and most importantly, our dogs returned home happy, healthy, well and looking beautiful!

Their grooming service is great! I had a very dirty 80 lb. dog, so I did spend $115 on his grooming which was pricier than I expected, but they did a fantastic job. I love that they give "report cards" they use to grade coat, teeth, eyes, behavior, etc. and they leave notes if there's things to be made aware of. My dog tends to get irritated and waxy ears because of allergy flare ups, and they made sure to note for me to keep an eye on one of the ears due to it.
My dog did get a C on behavior. Sorry guys! I know he can be a lot to handle but I really appreciate how good you made him look.

Tried to have my dogs nail trimmed twice. Suppose to be a walk-up service, but was told that they had a skeleton crew and couldn’t take walk-ups. I understand that it’s hard to keep the proper amount of staff or that there will be sick employees. So maybe just have scheduled appointments.

The gentleman who works the counter, and does nail trimming and such, is spectacular. I brought my doggo, Abel, in and he was fabulous.
If he is the same guy from last time, he also helped us find and fit a Gentle Leader on my dog. And it's been wonderful.
Prices are what you'd expect from a smaller outfit of a store.

The team is fantastic. We board our dog with Myrtle Avenue Pet Center and have been very happy with their service and support. My dog, Molly, always comes home happy. She doesn't do well with the larger boarding services. Thank you! Also, I always get excellent customer service. (Today, I had a wonderful interaction with Dasia! Thank your reminders about shots and always being pleasant, helpful, and caring.)
