We have gone to Myrtle Ave Vets since 2004. Our first rescue dog(Olive) was give excellent care for her entire life. Check ups, vaccines and surgery for knees. She was treated like a queen. We accepted another rescue 50 days after Oli passed. We took Piper in for check up. Dr.Robinson and her team of professionals continue to provide outstanding care for our lil Piper. We love the new office. We couldn’t be happier with the service and support they provide.

Currently standing in the vet and they just tried to convince me that they called me right away already when I haven’t moved or got up for a single reason. A simple we messed up would have been fine but lying to my face and trying to make me just accept the answer is crazy. Also you didn’t forget to charge me the moment I walked in. 2 hours for 1 vaccine don’t recommend

Really disappointed by their lack of concern, care, or flexibility to care for my animal. My dog has contracted fleas and they refused to see him, provide a prescription, or even fill a prescription due to him “not being a client”. My dog has received vaccinations there but since he has not been seen by the vet for an exam, he’s not considered a client. They would not accept an examination in the past 6 months from another vet either, in order to fill a RX my vet from across the country was kind enough to provide. This is extremely disappointing and concerning since this is a pet who needs medical attention. He was a client when they accepted money for a vaccine, but not in a case of more dire need. I understand this policy to an extent, but refusing to be flexible at all to help this animal get the medicine he needs is unethical to me. Would not recommend.

Whenever we take our furbabies to this wonderful veterinary hospital, we are all treated like family. We just love the staff, especially Dr. Betsy Ninekirk. This is our regular vet for our two dogs and our cat. They have a injection that we get for our 17-year-old Corgi mix, and it's given her a new lease on life! She's able to get up and down and walk much easier than she could before she started the injections. We also recently had an emergency with our 9-month-old puppy and we thought that we were going to lose her but the team at Myrtle avenue veterinarian took great care of her and she's 110% better. The shot clinic is every Saturday and it's so convenient and everyone who works there is wonderful and I feel like they really care about our pets.
