I've been here 3 times and they do amazing work. However, today I went in and checked in at the kiosk. The owner, a man ( I believe) looked right at me and did not greet me. I even said hello and nothing. I left. I am very big on customer service and I am a very generous tipper. I switched from my long time nail tech in July and have been consistent coming here. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

I started coming to nail lounge a few months ago and it quickly became one of my favorite spots however recently I’ve been noticing differential treatment between other customers and black customers. Every time I come when the nail tech is done he tells me I am finished and leaves my hands with dust and ashy, I asked him for lotion once and he put some in my hand for me to rub in however I noticed that with Caucasian customers their hands are lotioned, massaged and a hot towel is used. I also recently had 3 nails break within one week after telling him the nails were too thin, I had to get off from work and sit in a nail salon for them to be fixed. I really thought I found a “home” salon but I don’t have time to come in 3 times a week to fix my nails (I work on a computer all day) and I don’t deserve to be treated less than any other customer.

My nails turned out horrible. I was going for a matte black coffin-shaped nails. My cuticles were not cut, the shape is horrible, it was a rush job and the matte finish is non-existent. I went back an hour later to have them fixed. The owner Benny (who did my nails) claimed that he saw nothing wrong with my nails. He re-did them and they still look bad. Then he had the audacity to charge me more money. I will NOT be going back.

A nice nail salon. The store is kept clean and there isn't that toxic smell that you get in other nail salons. The owner is nice and remodel looks good.

I live right down the street from this place so thought I would try it out. I left extremely happy with my nails, and will definitely be coming back thanks to Benny!
