It's a very chaotic agency. No one notified me when the appointment was cancelled. The most ridiculous thing is that the counselor they booked for me had already left and no longer worked here. Why did they book me twice with a counselor who had already left? Such a chaotic agency can only be rated bad 👎👎👎

This place almost killed me.. let me come off 3-4 meds cold turkey with no call back after I had called several times and the pharmacy was even upset that this was happening I literally almost died I was 10000 times worse after new day than i was before.. i got a call from someone after I have been off meds cold turkey for over a month... it was terrible my doc took her time with several meds trying to find the right one and dose and then she left the practice and I was left in the cold sick and depressed through the holidays trying to grieve the loss of my child while fighting the effects of coming off my meds id been on for 7 months truly amazing im still alive SHAME ON YOU NEW DAY I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS REGINA SHE ALWAYS WANTED TO ARGUE ON THE PHONE INSTEAD OF GETTING SOMETHING DONE AND HELPING ME MAKE AN APPOINTMENT I TRULY THINK SHE DID IT ON PURPOSE BUT THAT WAS DUMB AND DANGEROUS

The counselors are good but the reception needs to learn how to do her job or find another job. She gets paid to answer the phone and voicemails but can’t do neither I can’t leave a voicemail because the voicemails are full. The last receptionist was amazing never had any issues. I’m Calling to pay my class so I don’t get in trouble and can continue to go to my meeting yet I’m either getting hung up on or sent to voicemail each time a I call. She don’t care cause though it’s not her that’s gonna get in trouble with probation.

As a new patient, scheduling an appointment is difficult here. I don't know how it is for current patients, but I can't seem to get started. I've called, been transferred to a different department, and even requested for an appointment online, but nothing! I've already gotten an approval from my insurance so I was just needing the appointment, but I can't seem to schedule one.
