Absolutely the place to be if you want a great environment for changing your lifestyle. The trainers are amazing and work with beginners all the way to advanced. Mike even works with those who are aspiring to be a body builder. Always positive music and great attitudes is what you will find. From personal training to group training it is all available.

I started to work out last year within the month working out i found out I was pregnant. I continue to work out till I was 7 months I completely recommend Mike! He's an awesome coach that has a lot of patience for everyone love that when i want to give up, he lets me know i can make it and i can do it .. He is truly the best. The owner is very personable and is willing to help you in all aspects of transforming your body and mind. He suggests supplements and an eating program to assist you with your goals. You are never looked down at, but simply encouraged to eat right and work hard. The clients all come in for one reason and that is to work hard and not for any type of fashion show.

I recommend this place to anyone who is TIRED OF all cost, minimal results, impersonal workouts at large gyms. It is a small privately owned gym. The owner is friendly and motivated to help you. Personal training is inexpensive and targeted to you personally. They also have zumba.
