I love being a part of Nooma! It is much more than a basic workout...it improves strength, flexibility, endurance. It helps me mentally, physically, and emotionally. My favorite part though is how it spans generations and different activity levels. I love going with my daughters. Start now, you won't regret it!

The best place to ground you, reconnect & find yourself, push yourself to do more & do better at your own pace. Take a break when needed, it’s your workout. Big shoutout to our leaders, thank you for the motivation & for making class soo enjoyable!

A place I went and immediately felt seen and encouraged! Every leader is amazing and pushes you, but also encourages you to listen to your body and get in touch with yourself. By far my favorite place

Nooma has been such a blessing to me. From the workouts, to the environment and culture, it is a safe place that encourages being your best self. Nooma encourages you to listen to your body, whether that means pushing yourself or taking the possibilities that are best for what you need. Every instructor brings energy and positivity to each class. When I leave a class, I can't wait to go back!

I started taking classes about a year ago. I had no intention on making it my only source of exercise. But here I am, a year later. I go 3-5 days a week and will never stop! There are classes that are for beginners as well as challenging ones. They are all heated from 98-102 degrees. Yes, it sounds too hot. But i assure you that you will feel AMAZING when you leave there!
It took me a about a month to get used to the heat. But now i feel like if I'm not sweating I'm not gaining. With the yoga flows and stretching i have gotten so balanced and flexible. The high intensity intervals and strength training has made me so strong and gain muscle I've never been able to.
It's safe to say, I'm obsessed!

If you know me, you know that I strive to reach perfection in almost anything that I do. So, of course, it has taken me all week to curate an appropriate Google review that adequately encapsulates my real feelings about this wonderful place, my happy place. My first class was Strength lead by Lisa during club week three years ago. Although I think it’s crazy now, I distinctly remember saying afterwards that the burpees were my favorite part. The class brought an energy that made me eager to come back. From then I kept taking more classes - as many as I could on a limited college budget. Nooma has quite literally seen every single version of me: every up and down. Nooma has allowed me to be utterly and completely 100% myself during every season of my life. It remained a constant in the ever changing world we live in. In the fall I’m moving to FL. I’ve been researching “hot pilates” and “hot yoga near me.” I’m disappointed because the countless hours that I have spent searching have proven fruitless because there’s nothing quite like it here. If you’re reading this and you’re on the edge, take the jump. It will without a doubt be incredibly hard for the first week or two, but will nevertheless become a place of solitude and consistency for you if you challenge yourself to let it.
