I’ve seen some reviews mentioning that the staff are rude to kids, but honestly, parents need to take responsibility for their children. I’ve been there a few times, and it’s frustrating to see moms on one side while their kids run around, pulling books and disturbing others who are trying to read. If anything, the staff should be even stricter—those moms should be held accountable for their kids’ behavior.

Library staff got to be strict with who allowed to get inside. Sick people got to go to hospitals instead of visiting this public place. As well they must to restrict visiting library with bags bigger than hand bag.

This Library is quiet, and nice and cool from the heat outside. But the lady I spoke too was rude, I kindly replied to find where a book was, she pointed me into the direction. As I was walking towards the books I supposedly walked in the wrong aisle and she got mad about it. I apologize to her and said sorry this is my first time here at this location. She led me straight to the book, then I asked her another question about it, she get me a sassy look and said "look for your self". After sitting down all in confusion, I had glanced up and saw a young little boy politely asking a question. As one of the librarians yelled at him to sit down and wait. What kind of library is this? And when I try to call for a manager, they said they don't have any managers on duty. This Library really needs to be re-evaluated, for how they speak to people with disabilities and how they speak to children!

I like coming here with my family, however the parking lot seems to be occupied by a couple car dwellers and right under the car port it smells like a strong stench of urine. Also inside those homeless are always smelling foul. Can we please address this?

Staffs are very rude to kids. Today I saw one boy wanted to checkout one book and the staffs sitting in the counter were talking and laughing, asking the boy that you don’t know how to do self checkout. She was rude with me when I asked her about one book . So please provide nice kind staff to this library . We don’t need this kind of rude staff in this library.

I love this library. I go here all the time. The staff is very friendly. They know what they are talking about when you ask questions about books. There is a quiet room that not many people go in, which I love. The friendly neighborhood bookstore has a great book selection for cheap. There is a kid's corner where the kids get to color and read. They have monthly calendars you can grab and see events attend free events such as "reading to therapy dogs" (this is for kids to build confidence in reading).
