I worked with Andy to put together my snorkel gear. He was honest and knowledgeable and friendly. The gear he suggested worked wonderfully.
My last day of vacation, part of the mask weirdly came apart (apparently hasn’t happened before). I brought it back into the shop for help. He got on the phone immediately to figure out if it could be fixed- and by the end of day he called me back to report he had been able to fix it. I so appreciate the extra effort he made to help me. I 100% recommend this dive shop. Ask for Andy!

Nice people here and always willing to help. I get my scuba gear serviced here because they are close by and have fair prices. They give you back the pieces that were changed out so you know things are inspected and replaced. Check it out if you are interested in scuba gear or lessons.

Very friendly and laid back environment. The owner Grabriel and his staff are all easy going people. As with any business they will try to sell you things like classes and equipments. However they are not pushy at all and are totally cool if you buy equipments elsewhere. I do recommend buying equipments from them though. Anything you buy from Gabriel he will make sure it works for you. For example i bought mask from him before I start my beginner's class. After 3 pool session and exchanging 3 different masks he finally found one that fits me perfectly. His price is also very reasonable, slightly lower than Sport Chalet, but not as cheap as some of the online stores. However the customer service you'll get is totally worth the few extra bucks. Unlike a few other dive shops I visited, i get a sense that making money is not their #1 goal. They truly love what they're doing and their primary goal is to get you to enjoy on the sport. Highly recommended.

WOW!!!! I am so excited that I found this store! These guys are amazing! Great Customer service, friendly, knowledgeable. I was looking for a NAUI training center in southern CA and unfortunately I had a really bad experience with a SCUBA shop in San Diego... well sometimes not getting what you want can be an incredible stroke of luck! Thanks to that companies bad service, I found Ocean Safari Scuba. and worth the 1.5 hour drive for me!!! Thomas, (the store employee who helped me) took the time on the phone to help me make the best decisions for my situation, and was extremely helpful when I went into the store to sign up for class. He also was very knowledgeable on equipment. There were 5 other customers in the store, I listen in as he explained and help each of them with their equipment purchases. They seem to be like a friendly family in there, everyone introduced themselves to me and it was truly and amazing experience. They have great training seminars and dive trips that they offer too. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! I am looking forward to diving with the people I met and training to stay safe and become a more confident diver. Thank you Ocean Safari for such excellent service and commitment to helping the scuba community! Other stores should follow your lead!!

Very knowledgeable staff, and more importantly: all of them are very passionate divers! They are the ones you want to be around when u need advise for equipments, learning new classes. And definitely, your Divemasters when u r down there!

They included a pretty comprehensive supply of all the scuba diving gear. The staff is very knowledgeable regarding the gears and can provide some advice on the pros and cons of different equipments. They also run classes and certified through the NAUI System! I think it’s one of the few places in Southern California that have a comprehensive supply of everything! 他们也可以讲中文哦！
