This review is exclusively for Wayne. He works in Print Services. He is the guy to see for all your print needs. I am always happy to see him at the counter. I know my job will get done correctly and on time. He's very knowledgeable. And he's a hard worker. Wayne, you ROCK!

The worker at the printer services saw me waiting in line (the only other person in line) and puts up a closed for lunch sign. After I told him his printers weren't working and that I needed him to help me just print 10 pages. He tells me he can't because he has to leave for lunch. At any workplace in customer service, you're trained to take the people in line and then head to lunch when you can. Businesses are not strict on lunch times at all. Plus I was the only person in line that needed 5 mins of service. Instead of simply helping me, he goes to lunch. I'm not about to wait 30 mins to wait for printed papers when your printers aren't working with my USB. I wouldn't recommend this location. Horrible customer service from both the cashier and printing services. Would be 0 stars but they don't give that option.

Had a positive experience getting my TSA Pre check application done here. The employee was helpful and thorough- we started right when I got there and it took about 10-15 minutes including fingerprints, photo, and payment. Would recommend this location to others applying for TSA pre!

Never had a bad experience at this location. The Manager Jeff is a great guy always on the floor making sure all customers are greeted and taken care of. The cashier Reem was very knowledgeable helped me save a few bucks. Their bathroom was also very clean

Ordered a good office chair and paid to have it assembled. When I got it home found it was put together wrong, can't raise/ lower seat. Phoned and connection was full of other voices talking louder than staff, could not communicate. Call to let me know chair was ready was almost inaudible also. I can't get the chair back in the van by myself so can't get it fixed until tomorrow.

The manager Omar was so chill, helpful, and understanding. Just now I was in the store making silly requests on behalf of my job, I felt bad but couldn’t change the situation and had to ask. He made it work and I’m very grateful! Thanks Omar!
