We rented a pool cabana on Resort Pass. We had the best experience. I took five 12 year old girls for a pool day. The service was impeccable. Tammy was our server and did an excellent job. The staff were friendly and helpful. The girls loved the two pools and water slides. The food was very good and we loved all of the amenities. We will be back!

Our girls had a great time at the pool, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was great . I absolutely loved the spa, and the lady who gave me my massage was amazing (I’m sorry I forgot her name). I mentioned that I have sciatica, and after the massage, I felt so much relief and no longer experienced any pain. I’m truly grateful to her. We’ll definitely be returning here again.

Beautiful setting, grounds, kind staff. Very mediocre food, rooms. And food itself is scarce if there is a conference occurring. All restaurants booked out for private events, room service menu very limited, and subject to 90 minute wait. Rooms are tired, furniture worn, shower drain smelled like it needed to be snaked. Thank goodness this wasn't a vacation, as it would have been very disappointing. This brand needs to do better, be better, and not over extend itself if its not able to adequately serve its guests. The poor staff are doing their best, but it's an uphill battle. This is not a brand I will choose in the future.

I would highly recommend this property if you want to be treated with white glove service and enjoy the incredible aesthetics of the property. The landscape is absolutely stunning, the staff should get an award for top hospitality in the industry! Overall some of the best I've ever seen all around.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the 2025 Aeroxchange Conference this year. The Omni staff were polite and professional, and the food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was healthy and delicious. The resort was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The facilities provided multiple options for our business meetings. Overall, I rate the Omni a 10 out of 10 based on my experience.

Beautiful grounds, great food, staff were so friendly and helpful - from valet to reception to housekeeping. The villas were wonderful with spacious rooms, decks and a full kitchen (which was so helpful with little kids). The marketplace is open early for great coffee, smoothies and pastries. We were here for a conference but brought the family and it was perfect!

We were put in the oldest part of the property that was not even attached to the main part of the hotel and the furthest possible distance from the main area. We asked to move and they said they could not accommodate us even though the hotel was half empty. ||||They did not even clean our room. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. ||||The pools and slides are old and it was not even warm.||||This place used to be a decent option if you wanted to take your family to Legoland or nearby attractions. I will never take my family here again.

It's a nice place, the food ranged from good to superb. Bob's and Vue were top tier for sure. The rooms are nice and clean, though a tad dated. Room service was on point without being bothersome. My only complaints are that the shops were uninspiring and expensive, there were no walking trails, and they had some cool bikes to rent but they couldn't really tell us where to go. We couldn't find a gym for guests, couldn't find access to courts, and the pools were cold and the hot tubs were lukewarm. Winter is just not the time for this place, it seemed a bit under staffed and the staff we found weren't very helpful. One guy told us there was a walking trail by the lagoon... Nope! Just a swamp that would require waders and a machete. 🤷 Overall, I didn't feel it was quite with the price... Which averaged over $550 per night taxes and fees. If you're in the area definitely go eat there.
