I love everything about this hotel. It’s a wonder why it isn’t more popular- I wonder if it’s because it’s not a name brand. But it is one of the best in the area comparable to 4 star hotels. It’s so fresh and clean, the furniture is well kept, the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The service is great too. They have their own restaurant with pretty good food and nice wine list. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed here a few times for business, and the staff from the receptionists to the maintenance personnel were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property is older, but is overall well taken care of and clean. The king rooms are quite large with a lot of empty space. There is a very small coffee/tea machine, but no microwave or mini fridge. The hotel is pet friendly, and there are many nice green spaces to walk a dog. I had been happy with the hotel until my last stay since I woke up to a dead grasshopper in the bed sheets. It’s a decent hotel for a short stay. Just be sure to check the sheets before turning the lights out.

The hotel was very convenient for a one night stay before an early flight. Arrived after dark. Lobby was very dimly lit and front desk had security behind the desk. Overall vibe? Creepy. Definitely some odd people coming in and out looking like they were only there for an hourly stay… Overall the room was clean, but in general the hotel and room were both very dated. Carpet throughout the hallways and room was very worn down and dingy. The doors and walls had layers and layers of paint with some of the older layer showing through. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to go to the end of the hall to take the service elevator, which was kind of weird. Overall, I didn’t feel super safe, but we made it through.

Great staff, room was clean when you could actually get inside. Outside of that, horrible experience. No elevators worked except 1 service elevator for 10 floors ! Room keys were a nightmare. Over a 4-day stay, we spent more time going up and down 10 floors to get 22, yes 22 room keys to try and get into our room than enjoying our stay. The whole hotel needs to be updated. For as much as you charge, why are the room doors dated & elevators broken? Elevators were broken the entire stay. 16.50 for buffet breakfast that's free at most hotels. I didn't even chance the food. Never again. Management/ ownership have to do better.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Both times we've had great experiences. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the property is quiet. We usually travel with children, so it's nice that the hotel property is safe.

The hotel shows its age and is overdue for a renovation. The elevators were broken and unpredictable during our 3 nights stay. The door lock was very tricky to open. I often needed swipe the room card dozens of times to open the door. Location is good. It is next to the airport and has several good restaurants and a shopping mall nearby.

Terrible experience here, asked for room without conjoining door. Employee doesn’t activate cards right, then gives me a room that don’t work. We go to new room. Keys don’t work again! Took an hour to get checked in!! Never staying here again. Employee admits the keys and locks here are faulty

I travel a lot for business and i am used to stay in many different hotel around the country.
Concerning this hotel :
Rooms are fine, location is OK aswell.
But the food is terrible,something like even a dog will not eat ! seriously. It s time for this hotel either to close the kitchen or to hire a real chef !
My 6 year old daughter food is better.
PLS do NOT eat there, at least for now ( October 8 2024 )
I will give them a second chance when I come back in December.
