Teacher Chloe is amazing with my daughter. She’s patient, kind and encouraging. My daughter was previously with another teacher there who she dreaded going to her class. We moved her to Teacher Chloe and now she is doing so much better and enjoying piano. Thanks for being a great piano teacher!

My 12 yr son takes guitar lesson from Joseph. Joseph is organized and patient. He focuses on songs and not theory, and the approach is creative and fun. My child learns 1-3 short songs every week. He feels proud and is motivated to learn more. He practices without being asked, and that tells me Joseph is the right teacher.

I like Opus 1. I can easily cancel and reschedule classes online. No long-term commitment. Price is reasonable and customer service is wonderful.

My daughter has been taking piano lessons with Teacher Theresa for over 2 years. Learning piano is not easy especially for young children. But Teacher Theresa makes it fun and easy for kids to understand and learn. She is very experienced and professional. Whenever my daughter struggles with certain parts of the pieces, Teacher Theresa always works with her patiently until she has improved.
The admin staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any kind of issues or needs.
Highly recommend Opus1 to anyone who is interested in learning music.

Teacher Lauren is a wonderful teacher to my daughter 7 years old. After taking several classes, my daughter loves to sing more, and sing more with a good technique rather than just an expression with a voice. My daughter has always loved to sing and we never knew whether taking singing lessons would help. Now, i really believe that singing really is hard and it takes knowing the technique in order to get there. Teacher Lauren truly knows how to teach and with great patience too.
My son's experience with his violin teacher is wonderful too. Teacher John not only gave my son lessons re playing violin, his verbal support and encouragements brought my son's interest in violin to the next level. My son never enjoyed violin before but he only started to really appreciate it until he found this teacher.
My daughter plays piano at opus too being taught first by teacher Roger n now by teacher Chloe. She enjoys both teachers teaching fashion. Both uses different ways of teaching and so not only installs the techniques to playing piano but she has also learned how to be more creative with music at the same time.

I would like to recommend teacher Kashmira to anyone looking to learn the violin. She is incredibly patient and kind. My 8 year old daughter has been her student for a year now and has improved greatly in that time. Violin is difficult but she keeps my daughter interested and inspired! I highly recommend!

My now-eight-year-old son has enjoyed learning ukulele (and now guitar) with teacher John Mausen for the last two years. They have a great rapport and it's a lot of fun for my kid. John is really patient in teaching the instrument and gears his expectations around performance according to my son's age and ability, making it a comfortable environment within which to learn and grow a love for music.
