We used Welcome Home Center for our build but after setup it got turned over to Owl Homes service manager Bruce for the repairs that need fixed. One of the main problems we had was our kitchen island. There are dings on the side of it. They had us sign off on all of the repairs and told us that since it was a big ticket item, it would be turned into the manufacturer and they would come back to replace it after they heard back. However after months of waiting my wife finally checked I to see where things stand. Bruce told her that the island was replaced the day that we signed off on it. That is absolutely not true. If you use this place I would definitely not sign off on anything that they doesn't fix that day. Here are a couple photos of the island that Bruce claims they supposably "replaced".

I built with Owl Homes of Allegany last year. The destroyed my property wrecklessly smashing all of my trees with their machines, graded the ground towards my home, and cut every corner you could think of. I am actively suing them for the damages to my home and my property. All they want is your money. They have no customer care, are brazenly disrespectful, and attempt to intimidate you into accepting very substandard quality. Please take my advise and do not build with them. My siding looks like bacon all around my house, it doesnt even lock together, and the indows look like they were cut in with a recipricating saw. My concrete is cracked all over in my basement, they never connected my septic system to my tank!!!! I have had raw sewage going into my yard for a year. I didn't know until it backed up into my home. They refuse to fix any drywall damage from transport or damage. My flooring is buckled and damaged from installation. Any time the technicians come they just push silicone into whatever is wrong. I have attached a picture of a tub overflow they attempted to pack with silicone. trust me when I say they are rude, disrespectful and take no pride in their product. They dont care about you and your family and all they will do is hire the cheapest sub-contractors who do more damage than good, and disrespect you and argue with you when you ask them to correct deficiencies. If you have no other choice but to use them, do yourself a favor and withhold your banks final disbursement until they truly fix all of your home defects. There's nothing fabricated about this review. I have added a few more pictures just for reinforcement. They won't even repair the drywall cracks in my house. The septic line connection is 4ft out outside of my home. Look at the pictures, read the other reviews, and give your money to a company that takes your family and money seriously. These people are criminals

Owl Homes of Allegany has given us exceptional service, exceptional value and above all... an exceptional home! We started the process of getting a home in March of 2023 from 1300 miles away. We were moving cross country and Dave and the entire team made the process as seamless as possible. After the home was set and we moved in, any little (and I mean minor) problems were handled immediately. Bruce in Service is on top of everything and he made sure we were taken care of. As an older couple, we relied heavily on Owl Homes of Allegany for the minor fixes and they did not let us down. Sales, financing and service...they went above and beyond and as this is our forever home (translate: I ain't moving ever again!) we are very grateful.

I purchased a double wide mobile modular home in early 2024
Everything went smoothly and service was impeccable. Owl Homes attention to detail and our satisfaction with them was a 10/10.
The actual home we purchased through them that they distribute for was not the same. We found the home lacked in quality and certainly missed the boat on attention to any detail. Either way we were very satisfied and willing to live with the manufactures small imperfections

It was quite busy when we went on Saturday and only 2 ppl working, one of which was at lunch. Sean greeted us and said he just started others on a tour, but would get us started as well. He stayed with us through each model and was very helpful. We are excited to buy our second/ski home with Sean and Owl Homes of Allegany.

Would not recommend. Terrible quality home (New Era). Crooked floors, counters, tiles, and people. I had posted a full review with pictures 10 months ago, but it does not appear publicly. (hmmm). Don't make the same mistake I did.
