Just purchased a Titan X 12.5 Propel and a Bear Trailer.

-Willing to spec order things they don't have
-Friendly sales force (manager is who I worked with)

Cons
-2.5 Hours away (not their fault)

Put it simple support your local shops even if it is a drive it is worth it and if we don't they won't be there when we need them.

These guys are the best in the business. In regards to kayak gear and repair, the staff are as knowledgeable as it gets. I brought in an absolutely ancient, decrepit Hobie pedal drive (from 2008 as I found out from them) that had broken fins and masts that’s no longer made or supported by Hobie. Not only did Bobby & the rest of OMTC go out of the way to search their stock, find me fins and masts for my long outdated boat (at a VERY generous price) - they sat down and taught me everything I need to know about installing it myself in order to save money/gas traveling to them. Bobby and the rest of the crew working really turned a massive headache into a pleasant learning experience. LEGENDS 100% these guys will treat you right!

We just needed a simple kayak paddle for one of our kids kayaks. As everyone knows these items can be pricey. The owner worked with us and gave us a great deal on a paddle!!! We are so thankful. These are truly great people! Thank you Ozark Mountain trading.

I've bought a couple of boats over the years here. Both times, I have been treated well and gotten good advice while looking at different models. It gives me piece of mind knowing that if I poke a hole in my boat out on the river, that these folks will take care of the repair for the life of the boat. Even in the middle of the pandemic, when no one had kayaks, these folks still had enough coming in to be able to sell.

Jessica and Mark were extraordinary! They were both extremely helpful. Jessica held the kayaks for us to purchase after we got off from work. We got two Wilderness Systems Tarpon 105s, one breeze blue and one galaxy. We also got paddles and a truck bed extender. Mark entirely setup the Yakima truck bed extender so when we pulled in we were ready to load up and go kayaking that same evening. It was absolutely some of the best customer service we've ever been given. OMTC also offers free hull repair if the kayaks ever get damaged, nice for a little peace of mind when making the purchase. We will definitely be back!

Pulled in yesterday out of the blue, OMTC in Conway, AR and Chase had the Yakima racks I needed, and they had them installed in less than 5 minutes. Hard to beat that type of customer service !! Every time I’ve ever purchased a boat/paddle/ etc the staff have been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! 5 stars all the way

We will always go here first for everything "River" kayaks, gear, etc. They have such a great staff and will ALWAYS work with you and your needs. Grant came thru for us today on yet another purchase from OMTC. Shop local people, don't go to the big box stores. These guys are truly the best!

This place is awesome. I ordered 2 kayaks that were stocked at their Cotter location. Andy at the Cotter location drove to NWA and met me at work and dropped off the kayaks with me from his personal vehicle just to get me the kayaks the next day. Above and beyond! Thanks!
