The team who designs the cabinets are excellent. They are easy to communicate with and have helpful tips on how to personalize your perfect unit. However, the factory and their communication on when the unit will be delivered is an entirely different story. It's taken them 1 whole month to make my custom office unit and I still don't have a specific date of when it will done or installed. This is extremely frustrating for a client who's paid thousands of dollars for a product and is sitting in the dark for over 4 weeks on delivery. I've heard excuses after excuses from weather impact to too many orders...look you've been running a business for X amount of years, you can do a better job of organization and job management. Now that they've "cut" the piece, I can't get my money back so I'm a victim of their lack of processes.
