I was a couple thousand miles away when my mom passed and and my step-brother recommended that I use Pacific Internment as he had used them before and had a good result. Glad I gave them a call.

Working with Amanda and the staff was fantastic. Amanda worked around my schedules and was able to get the cremation done for what I consider a very reasonable price. She also mailed my mom's remains and the death certificates to me for a reasonable cost as well. Amanda was very pleasant and professional and explained everything very well.

Amanda made the experience so much better than I thought it would go. I highly recommend giving them a call to help you in your time of grief.

When I received the call informing me of my brother’s passing, I was not only devastated but did not know who to contact. Believe it or not, I picked the very first listing that came up in my search. After talking with Amanda, I felt like I was in good hands. No question was stupid and I could feel the heartfelt compassion from Amanda. To anyone who’s reading this, trying to figure out what to do during an incredibly challenging and emotional time… we get it. It’s confusing, it’s stressful, and you want the company you use to treat your loved one with respect, compassion, and care. We looked online, made several calls, and read the reviews… I am so glad that we choose Pacific.
From the first call (where we spoke to Lazaro and Amanda) to the moment they walked us to the gate with our loved one’s ashes in hand they made the whole process as seamless as you could ever imagine. Everything was done locally and quickly with an huge amount of thoughtfulness, patience, and accessibility.
For obvious reasons, I hope we don’t have to use a mortuary service provider for a long long time but, when that time comes, I will definitely call Pacific.
