Lynn is the best. We have two dogs who she grooms regularly. Both dogs are far from being show dogs! They are rescues and just our beloved, somewhat frowzy, pets. The male is some sort of Bichon and a cranky 17 years old. He doesn't suffer groomers lightly...until we started taking them both to Pampered Pooches. Lynn and he have reached a wonderful understanding and he let's her do things that he won't even let my wife and I do for him! We have now been customers of Lynn's and Pampered Pooches for years and believe there is no better place (we tried several others) in Humboldt to groom our pets. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been taking our two small dogs to Lynn at Pampered Pooches Grooming for more years than I can count, after “trying out” quite a few other groomers. Lynn is the BEST! She is so talented and devoted to her canine (and human) clients;, even our grumpy 17 year old westie/bichon cross loves her.

From start to finish was a bizarre experience. She keeps her business locked. She picks up your dog from the car. I told her that I want the works ie:bath, light trim,anal expression,nail trim,ears cleaned. When I picked him up she brought him out to the car I was shocked she had shaved him . She would only accept cash, and when I asked her for a receipt she said that she doesn't do that. Also she overcharged me by $10. She hadn't bathed him. All in all it was a bad experience.

Amazing experience. Took my husky (who is currently blowing her coat out) in as a new client. Very easy going to get her in, at first estimated a couple hours but was able to work their magic and clean her up faster than expected. And she is a true pampered pup. Will definitely return and recommend anyone who is looking to get their dogs taken care of to give them a try if looking for a groomer!

We moved from the Bay Area to Humboldt County and needed a new pet groomer. Pampered Pooches has been amazing with both our small dogs who are timid, especially with nail trims. I highly recommend them for all your fur friends needs!

My dog has recently been skunked. After that, her summer allergies and finding a tik on her, I wanted her shaved. Pampered pooches got me in quickly and was more than willing to work on my smelly dog. Olive came back looking exactly how I wanted.
