Hands down the best dog care I have found in Humboldt County! My border collie clearly loves hanging out with Melissa and Alan and all the other dogs, and going on group adventures. They are very well educated on dog health and behavior, and I especially love that they are educated in and use a fear and force free approach and prioritize individualized care for every dog. I was reassured that they did an initial meet and greet to see if my dog was compatible with their dog and their approach to dog care. Their communication is also phenomenal and very understanding and responsive. It's a great feeling to have peace of mind knowing my dog is safe and having a blast while I am traveling!

They are the best doggy daycare/ boarding we’ve taken our dog to. They are very involved, very educated, and I feel so safe leaving my Louis with them during the work week. I 10000% recommend them over other options in the area. They care greatly about animals, and my puppy comes home in such a good mood and sleepy from all the dog play!! They’re also great photographers and update consistently throughout the day on how your doggo is doing 🙂

The folks at Pine Hill Doggy Daycare were super professional and sweet. Our pup came back happy and absolutely exhausted after a full day romping around the beach and yard at day care. Pine Hill picked up and dropped off our girl as well as sent video/photo updates during the day. I would highly recommend Pine Hill Doggy Daycare and plan to use them many times in the future!

I've been using Pine Hill for my dog waste pick up for a few months now.

#1. Amazing customer service. Very good communication about scheduling. Always professional, polite, and just pleasant to talk to.

#2. Reasonable pricing for a month's worth of service.

#3. Does an excellent job picking up, even when the grass gets a little long.

I highly recommend their pick up service and believe any service they provide would be worth it!

Melissa was great with our little senior dog. He got along well with her other dogs, and seemed to be having a good time. The homey vibe is what we were looking for instead of a cage and one hour a day exercise. I highly recommend Pine hill Doggy Daycare!

They always take such good care of Arrow, I love seeing videos of her playing with the other dogs in the woods and on the beach on their Instagram feed, while I'm off on business. Whether it's a dog walk on a long workday, or dog boarding while I'm out of town, I know she's happy and having a blast
