This place is so cute and so fun! My friends and I have started coming regularly to practice pottery skills together. Not to mention they have the cutest lil coffee shop where you can grab not only coffee drinks, but beers, cocktails, and natural wines! Love PIP — their baristas are so kind and their instructors are amazing.

I’ve had the pleasure of attending open studio for almost two years at Pip (October 2022) after taking a couple years off from throwing. I had moved to the Phoenix area a few months prior and wanted to find a sense of community. Pip has given that to me in so many ways and I’m so grateful for a space to create as well as meet some lovely friends along the way. I’ve been now also assisting at weekly classes for over a year and it’s so fulfilling helping others who want to learn how to throw. If you’re looking for something new to try, I highly recommend Pip Coffee + Clay ◡̈

The beginning wheel class was super fun! Katie is a great teacher and very helpful. Unfortunately, the four glaze colors they give you as an option are really unpleasant. Choices are a bubblegum pink color, almost neon yellow, black and clear. When the clear goes over the brown clay it looks like dirt. I wish there was more glaze options to match the colors in my house. Otherwise, I highly recommend the class.

I took a beginner class with a friend.
Katie was a patient teacher who gave us all confidence and helped up create two small pieces.
This pottery class was fun activity for a free afternoon . I would definitely attend again.

My favorite place in the valley!! I have spent countless hours here since 2021, in class and open studio time. It’s a blast learning in such a welcoming yet fun environment. Plus the owners are some of the nicest people. You can really tell they’ve put a lot of work into this business and care about their customers and employees! ?

We did a Team Building Event here, and our host was Bennett who was a delight & very helpful! It was so fun to create pieces while sharing that experience with your co-workers --- talking, laughing & encouraging each other along the way. The coffee, drinks & treats were a nice touch to add to the experience while being there. Ladies, definitely tie your hair back & trim your nails. I highly recommend this for a team building event, or even just going with friends or family. I plan to return with my daughter & can't wait to take her!

This was such a fun experience! It was harder than I anticipated, but you just had to laugh it off! We did this as a group activity and had a total blast. Staff was amazing too. Will most definitely come back time and again … and bring others with. Highly recommend!!

Elena was the coolest, she was so patient with all of us and is an amazing teacher. We had the best time on a team outing, this place is so much fun. Never done this before and made some cool food bowls!
