The staffs included a young lady who is off is very helpful in how I can print the shipping label with my phone. They are very patient with me. They really care about customers. Other shipping stores didn't really care or

I had a very bad experience at this location. We brought a package with a QR code provided by the merchant. Without even scanning the code, the employee confidently claimed it wasn’t a FedEx QR code and told us to go to a UPS store. After confirming that it was indeed for FedEx, we returned to the store. This time, the same employee said they couldn’t process the QR code because their system wasn’t set up with FedEx.
This misinformation cost us an unnecessary trip, despite the fact that this store was listed as an authorized location in the email from the merchant. The lack of professionalism and obvious lying from the staff is disappointing and unacceptable. They lost my business and we would never return. Thank you

Update 1 year Later.
I was in there today and learned they are offering even more services. Live Scan Laminating. I didn’t even know they could. Great people. Great business. Great part of the community.

Recognize your High School Grad. Your Middle Schooler or your elementary school student being promoted. They have all you need to make an announcement.

Great Local Print Shop. Always inviting. Always professional. Great pricing and a supporter of the community.

When my dad died, I researched UPS stores around Elk Grove because my sister and I wanted to ship some artwork (a painting and a framed piece with glass) to ourselves that were too large to carry back on the plane. Fortunately, I found Postal & Print Shoppe, which had the best reviews of anyone in the area. They were so friendly, the prices for custom boxing and shipping were incredibly reasonable, and 4-5 days later we got our packages, in perfect condition, across the country. We're so grateful for your help to make this so process absolutely stress-free during a very hard time! Highly recommend.

We had planned the event at the last minute and I was worried it couldn't happen due to the lack of time for the outside and inside banners, and banner handles but thanks to the Postal & Print Shoppe, it all worked out. It was done quickly and at an affordable price and we were able to complete the project on time.
