I went to the nail shop next to this gym (which according to google was here before the gym) and oh my gosh, they bump there music SOOOOO loud, all of us on the nail shop trying to have a relaxing spa day have to hear there bumping music for 2 hours, I think it's so rude. Why would you choose to do that or even move in next to a spa? I think it's very disrespectful of the gym owners and im suprised there have not been complaints, the property owners should do something about the noise level, it effects other businesses. I don't plan to come back to the nail shop because I don't want to spend 2 hours listening to a bunch of bumping crazy music when im trying to have a relaxing spa time.

Powerhouse fitness is very upbeat energetic place to go and have a bomb workout! Everybody is always energetic pushing everyone in the classes! No one judges there! Meet new people there! Always makes me want to go back! Definitely will see instant results! Yolis is awesome there! Known her from the beginning! She’s very very talented! She always checks in on you! Makes you feel very welcomed! I love her! I love powerhouse fitness! Definitely makes workout exciting and fun!!!! ❤️❤️💃❤️

If you don't know where to start your fitness journey, PowerHouse Fitness is THE place to go! You will not get tired /bored of the workouts, always something different! I’ve been going to powerhouse for almost a a year and a half already and it’a one of the best decisions I could have made. The zumba classes are the best, it’s always so fun and you’re guaranteed sweaty by the end of the class. Powerhouse also offers green smoothies and protein shakes after your workout which taste BOMB 👌🏽 Yolis is super friendly and makes everyone feel really welcome, which makes going to the gym that much more of a place you want to be at. Powerhouse is a great place for a workout and to meet people with similar goals, the community within is full of women building each other up and motivating one another to meet goals. Give this place a try , you won’t regret it 😊

I walked in to this class with hopes of getting a fun workout in and 1 year later I am so happy to say that I am still as excited to walk in to these doors as the first day. Yolis’ workouts are like no other workout you will find at another Zumba studio. Her workouts are a mix between dance, HIIT, cardio, circuit training all with the coolest club vibes. If you have a goal to get fit, lose weight or even just looking for somewhere to get your stress out this is DEFINITELY the place be! If you are serious and willing to put forth the effort you will get the results you have been looking for your whole life you will not regret it.
