We stayed about a month at the Prescott Resort while looking for a place to live in the Prescott area. The employees were very friendly and kind and gave us special attention. The morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. While we spent close to $3,000 for a month’s lodging, the mgr. gave us a comfortable discount for the final two weeks which we greatly appreciated !! While the snow fell, we enjoyed movies and exploring the beautiful Prescott area !

On the Thanksgiving Holiday I took my family to the restaurant for a holiday meal. The meal was good and portions generous. However, when I got the bill there was a $120.00 service charge!! What We certainly weren't notified that there would be a service charge when we placed the reservation. Won't be going back.

IF YOU GO TO EAGLES NEST ASK FOR JOSEPH! The view of the room was great. The staff was great. The amenities were great. There is a full resort, great restraunts, pretty nice casino and prices were unbeatable for never having to ever leave the building! I mean it the price of an overall good time in unbeatable. Live music, casino, great food. What more can you ask for!

I was there for the Prescott Chamber Annual Awards. The Resort does a beautiful job. The catering staff were perfect and the breakfast buffet was very tasty! Great job!

Had my wedding here, and it was absolutely beautiful! Every staff member was attentive and kind, and very helpful. They did an amazing job setting up the room and were more than accommodating. Thank you for everything!

This was a mid week work trip so I had no say on accommodations. Plenty of parking and easy check in. The room was spacious but old,worn and appears dirty. The latch lock on the door is broken, the carpet is bubbled and the bedding is stained and about 15 years past its prime. The lighting is horribly dim especially in the bathroom. The balcony has no chairs which is good because the noise of the A/C u it’s on the roof ruin sitting out there anyways. On the positive side….it is quiet while sitting in the room and the sliding door keep the noises to a minimum also There is a fridge and a safe in the room. They have been saying since 2022 they are in the process of remodeling and the last review I read said starting date is this Sept 10. It would be interesting to see if that does happen or if they just keep up the failed promise. If I were paying I would stay elsewhere. The word resort is used rather loosely here IMHO

Stayed there this past weekend, well actually left. We got a room then left to go eat. When we came back our key didn’t work, so we kept trying. Then the door opens and said you got the wrong room. I said no I didn’t my key says 207 and my stuff is already in the room. He said housekeeping took it, so I went down to the lobby and said someone else is on my room. Said they changed the room numbers and not sure why this happened. When I finally got to the right room it was dirty. We got the room with comp point from the casino and when we tried to get the points back the resort said it’s not here problem it the Casino problem so we went to the Casino and said it’s not their problem either. We have been going there for years. I will not be returning. Every staff was rude and the room were disgusting.

I like the food and the live music was good but didn't like how the singer came to ask every table if they were enjoying the music. I feel like he was fishing for tips.
