Great historicalThis historic site is well worth the time to explore. The story of the inhabitants is nicely displayed throughout the area and the grounds are well maintained with paths that run throughout the property and along the prison The museum/house was closed the day we were there but it was still a highlight on our trip.

We went for the Halloween Haunted house. We had a great time. They had food vendors there. That could have been better. The volunteers were awesome! Great personalities and kind. The scare crew were great!
The castle is great very cool. I think we will come for the Christmas event and during normal op times. Learn more about the history.

Perfect spooky experience for this season 🎃 I live outside of town, so I arrived around 9:25pm. The only reason that I had to wait to park is because there was a medical emergency. (Hope she's okay)
The castle is beautiful from the outside and so interesting on the inside. I loved the way it was decorated and how much there was to see!
It's also really cool that there were different food trucks/booths to choose from and that there were t-shirts and other related items being sold for guests. 10/10

We went on a Saturday. We had purchased our tickets prior to our visit. We had a great tour of the Castle. Staff was friendly and very informative.

It was a very organized process from parking to the shuttle. Security was very quick. We had about a 40 min wait in line, but the music and vibe were fun. Once inside besure to leave some space between you and the group ahead of you so you can enjoy the surprises . It was definitely fun, I would go again next yr.

I absolutely lived it! Great haunted house attraction worth the while. It was a good length as they take you all the way to the third floor. I thought it was going to be more of a historical haunted tour, but it was not. I still gad a lot of fun, though. Just don't take your kids if they get easily scared or don't like the dark, or creepy things. My 12 yr old came out crying, and we had to carry my 5-year-old n have his eyes covered most of the time.
