Very nice and comfortable theater. Just be aware that if you want more than soda, popcorn, or candy you'll need to order from the adjacent restaurant. The food gets delivered to your seat. It makes it an upscale experience which is nice but not if you just wanted a hot dog. Seats are comfy recliners w/o heaters and there are no bad seats.

I had a mixed experience during my visit. While the staff members were doing their best, there wasn’t enough support overall. Upon entering, there was no one available to check tickets, which was a bit frustrating. The young woman working behind the stand was very friendly, but I noticed she didn’t change her gloves after handling the popcorn and other food items, which could be a hygiene concern. Additionally, the place seemed a bit messy. It’s clear that the employees are trying, but more support and resources are needed to improve the overall experience. I hope the owner takes this feedback into account for future improvements.

Pruneyard Cinema was my favorite and virtually only theater I’d watch a movie. Loved the reservation system, spacious recliners, food, drink, cocktails and popcorn. Staff was friendly and customer service oriented. Don’t know what happened 11/2024 Black Friday but the staff seemed overwhelmed. The men’s restroom was a disaster (I’ll spare the details). You could order most things on the menu from your seat except POPCORN!! WTH!! Had to leave the movie to grab popcorn. Staff stated they were low on popcorn, removed the ability to order from seat and limited sizes to small and medium. The popcorn was tasty but the biggest grab Pruneyard had on me was the experience of reserving my seat and ordering food and drink to my seat. I may have to go give em another try and at the same time keep an eye out for a new venue.

I've shopped in this area before but I didn't even know about the cinema. I was invited to watch a documentary on a pilot program called "The Basics". Ended up being top county representatives who hosted the showing. The Pruneyard staff catered the event and were very professional and welcoming. The food was delicious and had a great atmosphere! I will definitely be checking out and attending more events here.

Pruneyard is our go to smaller cinemas that we like to frequent. We usually do a matinee showing and for some reason we get one of the 2 smaller rooms but that's fine. Seats are comfy here and they offer full bar and food service to your chair.

Easy to buy tickets online. Relatively cheap matinee at less than $14. Lots of parking because it’s in the prune yard. Snack bar is really slow though. This is the kind of movie theater where you can order food to be delivered to your seat.and alcoholic drinks of course. It’s a fun theater.

Came here on a Saturday evening to watch Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. I purchased tickets for my party of 4 through Fandango and sat in the second row. Tickets were about $20 each per person. I do not usually like sitting that close but since the seats reclined, the view was fine. Parking was a pain since the cinema is located in a strip mall but we eventually found a spot right in front.

There was not an employee scanning tickets so we just walked in, went straight to our theater, and sat in our assigned seats. One of the seats were broken and did not recline. We checked the fandango site and there was an empty seat next to us so we all moved one seat over.

There is a QR code at your table to scan for the menu. Menu items were pricey. We ordered nachos, mozzarella sticks, and fries. I had also asked for extra plates, napkins, and utensils that never came. I ordered a large soda since it comes with a refill and was priced at $1 more than the regular size cup. The large cup was too much for me, and I did not need a refill. I would have been better off just ordering the regular size cup.

You have the option to keep your tab open or can close it. I kept mine open in case I wanted to order more which I did not. Closer to the movie ending, I received a notification that my tab would be closed and card charged. A server comes by later with your bill to sign for with gratuity already included.

Overall, we had a great experience. It was nice not having to wait in line and the convenience of having menu items delivered directly to you. If it wasn’t for the broken chair and missing items, it would have been an amazing experience!

Luxury cinema experience located in a wonderful area of Campbell with lots of restaurants, bars, and activities to do nearby.

This theatre features luxury reclining leather seats, full meals brought to your seats that you can order while watching, the seats are spaced out nicely, and they have alcohol!

We love this theatre due to its amazing location with plenty of parking, the affordable prices which are surprising, the nice staff, the clean facilities, and just an upscale experience.

Perfect spot if you’re looking for a luxury theatre experience at a good price.
