I paid for 2 rooms for 2 days in advance. Worst mistake of my life. Rooms smelled like moldy water, toilet wouldn't flush, blankets were like worn out rags, my childs sicks were black!. Don't let the pictures fool you, this place is a dump and they do nothing to fix it.
I only stayed 1 night instead of 2. The second night was a Saturday and the charge was $167 per night per room.
I've written emails, reported to corporate and I'm still waiting for my refund. I will be escalating to the BBB and consumer protection. This place is a scam!!

Arrived at this location after a 8 hr. drive from N. Cal. we were in a rush to meet with family for dinner in Temecula. My neice was getting married the next day near by. There was a couple standing by the door as I entered that asked me if I had seen my room. I had not yet checked in. They advised that I check it out before I do anything. They said we can't stay here, it's discusting! I was traveling with my 92 yr. old uncle who can barely walk. The ground floor room we requested was now not available. We were given a second floor room with no elevator! We got our stuff upstairs with only enough time to drop and run. The smell was discusting. The floor was sticky and the windows were gross. I did a quick check of the bathroom and freaked out.||We went to dinner and I spoke to my neice and voiced concerns about our pending stay the "Lack" of Quality Inn. She said that 2 other couples were also booked there but had already left and gone somewhere else. While sitting with my cousin at dinner, I again expressed my concerns and she said we could not have (my uncle, her father in law ) staying in anything like that and booked us another place to stay.||Upon returning to our room after dinner and totally exhausted, I took a closer look and took some pictures. We now had to carry our stuff back down the stairs, getting the car loaded up and move. ||The sheets were stained, the room looked like the cops had conducted a raid there as the door frame and lock was broken. There was filth eveywhere. See pics. It was dark when I shot these so I couldn't capture the windows, mirrors, dust and dirt on the tables and floors||As we left we asked the front desk for our refund for the 2 days which was about $412. |We were told we would have to email the manager Nick. Nick never respond after several attempts. We contacted corperate Choice Hotels. We recieved some templated garbage telling us that we would have to contact the facility manager. We were sent in circles. After many other attempts and even threating to write this and go to the local health department, we recieved and offer of points from corperate not even enough to cover a 1 night stay anywhere. We continued to insist on a full refund. Finally corperate offered $189 I guess was the room for 1 night less fees and taxes and said we would have to get the rest from Nick. Nick finally responded to our emails and said that he sees we got reunded from corperate and he consided the issue as now resolved.

Worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Heater didn't work, toilet seat broken, low water pressure, smelled of disinfectant, tv ancient, breakfast was basically non-existent, property very run down, ice machine old and broken, booked 2 nights but we left after one night after getting a new room with a working heater. Did not feel that we were safe at this property- it is run by another company and the manager should not be in the hospitality business. Feel like we were deceived by the online presentation and were ripped off. Basically just a rundown dump.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Stains on the carpet, mold in the shower, stains on the sheets. I was scared to take my socks off. I ended my 3 night stay early and would have left immediately if it wasnโt 11pm. Now being told I canโt have a refund Absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Was told Iโd hear from a manager, Nick, and itโs been radio silence. Awful awful experience that Iโm unfortunately still having to deal with trying to get a refund. Absolute hell hole.

I have stayed at other Quality inn in other locations. However, this Quality inn Is by far the worst. The hotel is pretty beat up and outdated in the outside as well in the inside. Our room had 2 queen beds, both covers had big cigarette burns and the worst part was the bad smell of covers and sheets; all sheets had hairs of different sizes and textures, you can clearly tell sheets don't get changed after every guest which is DISGUSTING, floors where extremely dirty, I am guessing they don't get mopped unless there is a visible stain, bath tub and bathroom window had black mold. Wholes on doors and wall that get patched up pretty bad, overall NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. We went to the pool and the hot tub was overflowing and there was water up to your ankles. We arrived at 1am and went to the check in desk, the person was nice.BUT when we got to our room there was milk still in the fridge, Also a mysterious wet spot on the floor that I stepped in.(I think it was the milk).
Another thing is there were 2 people breaking up,and the pd had to be called, also this person was yeeting cloths out the window and in to the parking lot.
.DOG POOP near the pool, candy wrappers under the mattress, the room smelled like smoke. DONT STAY HERE.

The rooms are a mess. Showers are filthy, with broken tile and mold on the shower curtain. Floors are dirty; be sure to wear socks or footwear. The microwaves are DISGUSTING. Pool shows signs of algae stains and broken plaster. Breakfast is cold cereal (2 choices) and a waffle maker. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Absolute crap hole! ๐. Something different wrong in every room. No elevator and ice machine must be for decoration only. Asked for ice at the front office and they proceeded to hand us a bucket with no liner. Based on the room condition, you can trust that they cleaned the ice bucket!
First night, stayed in 216. The room was not cleaned before they turned it over. There was baseboard broken in bathroom, toilet seat broken, shower head broken, hair on the shower walls, shower drain was plugged up with hair and pubic hair in one of the beds on the folded tucked in sheets.
Second night, stayed in 211. Less pillows than first night. Toilet seat was broken. Door peephole was broken. Attention to detail is subpar at best.
Third night, stayed in 214. Everything was looking better until we looked in the shower. There were ants all over the shower walls.
The current owners do not care about this property. The only positive thing is that it is close to the interstate which makes traveling a little easier. This hotel is a $39.00 per night crap hole at best! I will not stay here again. Absolutely disgusting!!
