This is the best Quality inn that we have stayed at. The rooms were very clean and the service was great. The gentleman from housekeeping did an awesome job a was very meticulous. He cleaned better than most 5 star hotels. I really don't know what is wrong with some of the people that write reviews. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be staying here next time I am in the area. And you shouldn't hesitate to book your stay. Those bad reviews are B.S. I guess Karen goes to Alaska and leaves a bad review because it was cold.

My first visit to Fort Drum and I was very pleased with the hotel staff the cleanliness of the room And the breakfast that was served. My daughter and I had a great day for three days. I would recommend to any of my Canadian friends to stay at this hotel.

This was the least expensive hotel I could find for the timeframe I was in Watertown.
Plenty of parking, the staff extremely friendly, especially the gentleman that works late at night. The room was very clean, the shower is a bit outdated, but still works as it should. The free breakfast was ok. Found it weird that there was jam, butter and no bread to make toast. They had coffee (24hrs) and a waffle machine.
The cart to being in your luggage was very small and only had 1.

The location is about 10 min north of Watertown. Very quiet area, there are some fast food restaurants and a Super Walmart with in 2 min drive.

Would I stay here again, 100% yes...

No frills, mediocre hotel. Stayed here twice, for only one night each time, one year apart. Second experience better than the first, room was cleaner and felt newer. Lame breakfast but knew that going in. McDonalds and Dunkin' within 5 minutes of hotel are better options. Met expectations, front desk help was polite and cordial, good place to crash if you're visiting Ft. Drum.

Walked into my reserved suite, room temperature was ridiculously cold. Tiled bathroom floor was icy. 2 hours later it's finally warming up. Parking lot needs better winter tending.

Positive: The girl working the counter during the day was super helpful and polite and did her best to accommodate us. Negative: We were unable to sleep due to the insane amount of bugs in the room and even the hallways and stairways. The man working over night was disrespectful and shouldn?t work in customer service.

The rooms need to have maintenance done. Mold covered tubs with barely any water pressure. Tub takes an hour to drain. Water was either freezing or HOT. Floors need to be swept and mopped as a daily routine. Our feet turned black just from walking around in the room each day. Beds were stripped and made daily so that was a plus. Only sign of bugs was a large beetle crawling on the floor of our room. The entire hotel needs to be cleaned as you can see from the photos. Repair the defects in the room prior to booking them out again.

Our house keeper was very considerate and kind. I would recommend they keep her for as long as they can. She made sure the floors were taken care when I asked her and she also made our beds the way we asked!

There was one very cheap and flimsy luggage cart available for the entire hotel to use during the 4 day stay we had.

The breakfast was awful. They steam frozen egg & sausage patties and throw them in a warmer. The waffles were just about the only edible item other than the cereal however the milk was empty every morning by about 730. I asked on 2 occasions for them to refill it and they did. Maybe start refilling it sooner so that guests don't need to ask and don't need to wait.

If you are traveling with children I would absolutely not recommend this hotel due to the shower issues, cleanliness, quality of the breakfast & the beds are about 5ft from the ground.

I misunderstood our reservations and they called me to see if I was going to checkout as planned. They allowed me to checkout at 12 instead of 11 which was considerate of them.

I wouldn't waste time with the General manager. He was unprofessional & very uninterested in accommodating myself and another guest when we came across an issue we were both experiencing.
