I work for a children's charity and we hired Quiet Events for our largest community event at the LA Coliseum. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with and our guests had tons of fun with their music selection. Definitely will plan on using them again for future events!

Wasn't as professional as it could be. Part of my equipment was not in working condition. had to drive out to redondo beach to pick up. so when they say they have a los angeles office they mean redondo beach.

As in response to the owners response. The bottom line is we wanted to save the headache of shipping so we opted for pick up since it's advertised "office in LA", if I would of known it was in Redondo beBea I would of most probably opted for shipping since it was a really busy period for me.

With regards to the offer of $10 refund bc of the inconvince of the broken wire, a) I never actually received the refund and b) in the company I run for broken equipment I don't offer a refund on how much the broken equipment costed but rather based off inconvenience and lack of professionalism.

We did have a successful event in the end and I would be recommending quiet events to friends and family.

The prices and quality of the products are great but the shipping costs are marked up sooo high. 300% in one case. To verify my suspicions, I contacted the shipper to check rates on the day my shipment arrived. I was charged triple what the vendor charged. 🙁
